To make whipped coffee, the first thing you want to do is take your kettle, fill it up and boil some water. 開始製作四百次咖啡前,要先準備一個熱水壺,並煮些熱水。 You're not going to need more than two tablespoons of hot water, so you don't need to fill it up all the way. 你所需要的熱水量不會超過兩大湯匙,所以你不用全部裝滿。 Besides the hot water, you're going to need instant coffee and some sort of sugar. 除了熱水之外,你還需要即溶咖啡和糖。 I'm using coconut sugar because it gives like, a really caramelly taste. 我選擇用椰糖,因為它會多一份焦糖味。 But you can use regular sugar as well if you don't have coconut sugar. 如果你沒有椰糖的話,你也可以使用一般的糖。 If you have a standing mixer, I would use that. 如果有立式攪拌機,那就太好了。 But you can use an electric whisk or then just do it by hand if you're a hardcore. 也可以使用電動攪拌機,或是你很有毅力的話,也可以直接手動攪拌。 But I'm way too lazy to do that, so I'm using my standing mixer here. 但我是個懶人,所以我選用立式攪拌機。 Then take out your measuring spoons. 接著,拿出量匙。 We are going to use two tablespoons of instant coffee and two tablespoons of sugar. 我們需要兩大湯匙的即溶咖啡和兩大湯匙的糖。 And last but not least, two tablespoons of the hot water of course. 最重要的,還有兩大湯匙的熱水。 Those are the measurements we're gonna start with. 以上是我們首先要用到的材料用量。 I did notice that with the coconut sugar, I had to add a tiny bit more than two tablespoons, but we're gonna start with this. 另外,我發現使用椰糖的話,所需的糖量比兩大湯匙還要多一些,但沒關係我們就先以原本的量開始製作吧! So the next step is of course to start mixing everything together. 下一個步驟就是要把全部材料混合。 Mix everything together until you see a fluffy texture starting to form, and it has kind of like a caramelly shade. 將所有材料攪拌在一起直到出現有焦糖色的蓬鬆泡沫。 The mixture didn't get quite the formula I wanted, so I'm going to add half a tablespoon of coconut sugar more. 因為這個配方的結果不是我想要的,所以我決定要再多加半湯匙的椰糖。 I'm gonna take my little scraper, and scrape the sides just to get everything in there. 拿出我的烘焙用刮刀,把旁邊沒有攪拌均勻的地方刮到中間。 Now that that's done, I'm going to start mixing again at full speed. 完成後,再用最高速攪拌一次。 Now that is the texture I wanted. 這就是我要的質地。 As you can see, it is quite stiff and fluffy and caramelly. 你可以看到,它呈現焦糖色的綿密奶油狀。 By adding sugar, you can make a even more stiff texture. 糖越多,打出來的泡沫會更稠密。 But that's not what I want, I don't want my coffee to be too sweet. 不過我不想要喝太甜的咖啡。 So I'm happy with this formula. 我覺得這個配方最完美。 Now that our fluff or foam is done. 好,現在綿密泡沫已經完成。 Let's start assembling that coffee of course. 接下來,就是要組合最後的成品。 You want a nice big glass. 拿出一個大玻璃杯。 These kind of mason jar ones are my favorite kind of glass for iced coffee, so I'm using that. 我最喜歡用這種寬口罐來裝冰咖啡。 Then of course some ice to make it even icier and a milk of your choice. 你可以依自己的喜好加一些冰塊和牛奶。 I'm quite sure you can use water as well, but I like my oat milk. 你也可以加開水,但我偏好燕麥奶。 First, put in some ice cubes. 首先,放入一些冰塊到杯中。 Since the coffee is so sweet in itself, I do like to put around half a glass of milk. 因為咖啡本身就有甜味,所以我喜歡再多加半杯牛奶。 Or if you want a more-coffee, less-sweet version, you can try adding some iced coffee or cold brew to the bottom of your glass instead of milk. 如果你想要多點咖啡,少點甜味的版本,你可以再杯子底部加入冰咖啡或是冷翠咖啡來取代牛奶。 And then you have a cold brew or iced coffee with cold foam. 那麼,你就可以品嚐一杯上面漂浮濃密泡沫的冰咖啡了。 And that is amazing! 一定很好喝。 Last but not least, the fluff of course. 最後也是最重要的,加入濃密泡沫。 I'm again using my little scraper, just to scrape out the coffee. 用小刮刀把咖啡泡沫加入杯中。 I think that is the easiest way. 我覺得這是最簡單的方法。 You can also use a spoon. 你也可以用湯匙。 Actually, I think maybe a spoon would've been a good choice. 老實說,我覺得湯匙應該會比較好用。 The thicker your formula is, the easier it is to put in the glass of course. 如果你的泡沫越稠密,會更容易倒進杯中。 Mine is a little bit runny today but it doesn't matter, it is still delicious. 我的泡沫有點稀,但沒關係,其美味程度不變。 There we have it, a cold whipped coffee. 完成了,我們的四百次咖啡。 I mean look at this formula! 看看這完美的配方。 I am deceased! 我要瘋了!
