字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 After all these weeks of social isolation, 2 it's not surprising people are going stir-crazy, 3 which can affect your mental health, 4 says neuropsychologist Doctor Judy Ho. 5 Many people are frustrated right now. 6 They're dealing with existential crises, 7 which is the most basic type of human crisis, 8 whether or not you're going to survive or perish. 9 That's all about survival at any cost. 10 So you're not thinking about 11 am I going to hurt this person's feelings? 12 Is what I'm doing appropriate? 13 You're literally thinking 14 that every single situation might be life or death. 15 Doctor Ho offers this advice. 16 If you just keep your mind in the present moment, 17 there's nothing really going on that you can't handle 18 and it can be just as simple 19 as taking a mindful walk 20 or doing a chore to distract yourself 21 or picking up the phone and calling a friend 22 and just getting some of that needed social interaction. 23 (dramatic music)
