hey everyone Jennifer from Tarle speech with your
two for Tuesday today's words are groan meaning moan and grown the past
participle of to grow to say these words correctly we're gonna do three things
we're gonna start with that G R combination if you've watched a lot of
my videos you know that when we have two sounds at the beginning of the words two
consonant sounds we say those smoothly with no vowel in between hmm
how do we do that you're gonna start with a G sound and the tip of your
tongue is going to be low in your mouth with the back of the tongue pulled all
the way up to the roof of your mouth it can be touching and your mouth is going
to be open g g you're going to move to square tense lips and as you do
that your tongue is going to move slightly but I still keep the tip of my
tongue in the bottom of my mouth if you make your r with your tongue flipped
back that's totally fine just do not touch your teeth for this so when you
move to that square mouth shape your tongue will get into the correct spot
and you should just say that r nice and smoothly next move to that long oh
and you're gonna do that by opening your mouth and then moving to a pucker and
then end with the n by touching the tip of your tongue to the back of your
top front teeth groan groan groan
the farmers groan reflected his disappointment that he that the corn had
