  • I'm a new Gia and today we're gonna show you how to make Gujarati poor and bully.

  • This recipe is thanks to Hubble's long and fabulous and a very, very easy recipe.

  • Now, Boarding Bully is also known as Vada Me in Gujarati are Sometimes we even call it Gary totally, which is God.

  • It's steaming, steaming heart, So please be very careful.

  • Now we're gonna mix it really well again very carefully, so that it doesn't form lumps.

  • You basically wanted to be a based, but it will taken up overtime.

  • So, meanwhile, have quarter teaspoon off lighty seeds or cardamom seeds, and I'm just gonna proto them.

  • It's important to add this last because they, like G or cardamom, loses its flavor when it's cooked.

  • T it's too cold, so make sure it's cooled out and we're gonna take our dough and just cut it.

  • Give it one final need and we're gonna divide this into 12 equal size portions.

  • You really want to make sure it's okay to touch because you're going to be handling it and you don't want to get burned.

  • And what I'm gonna do is and we'll, uh, grease my hands, my palms, and I'm gonna make 12.

  • You know, equal sized balls out of this for the Arte.

  • So we're gonna take one of our dough portions and we're gonna roll it out.

  • We have some extra all purpose flour here, or you can even use extra body outta dry about the address.

  • Just dip it in here so it doesn't stick to our rolling surface.

  • I'm gonna roll it out.

  • We're not rolling about all the way.

  • Just making a small disk.

  • And if you can try to make the edges a little bit thinner and keep the middle a little bit bigger.

  • You also have that by heating up and it's hot.

  • So gonna make a ball out of this and drop it on the dough.

  • So we're gonna take this and basically just pull it all together like so and then pinch it really tightly so doesn't open up and then twist off the excess.

  • And now you can flatten this out, dip it in the dry flour and roll it out.

  • And because the feeling is very soft inside, you're not gonna have to work very hard to roll this out.

  • But just gentle pressure and rule that out and we're gonna transfer this onto the hot tub.

  • And while that one it's cooking, I'm gonna go out and start on the next one.

  • And once you see the door kind of changing color, I'm gonna flip it.

  • And once it's good from both the sides, you're gonna smear some key on Doc.

  • We're going to take it out and put it on a plate, and it's right yourself pulling police already.
