  • Hi everybody!

  • Today I'm going to show you how to make galbitang

  • Beef short rib soup

  • We are going to make delicious, delicious galbitang

  • This is 1 kilogram, a little more than 2 pounds

  • Asked my butcher to cut this ~ Let's wash ~

  • Water is boiling right now

  • And then I'm going to blanch these guys

  • 12 cups water

  • Medium high heat

  • ~ Let's boil ~

  • Meanwhile, I'm going to make gyeranjidan

  • - yellow egg paper

  • Thin paper, for garnish

  • Egg white, look like a thread

  • So remove this

  • And a pinch of salt

  • Mix

  • Turn on the heat

  • Add some vegetable oil

  • Very heated pan

  • And, wipe off

  • Really low heat

  • Ready... pour this

  • spread like this

  • And turn off the heat

  • And around 1 minute later, turn it over

  • It's done

  • We are going to use for garnish

  • Let's make thin strips

  • Now this soup is really well done

  • 2 hours I cooked

  • One hour medium high heat, one hour medium heat

  • Boil this again

  • Because we have to serve really hot

  • Four cloves of minced garlic
