(韓國的說法) Kkaennip-jeon. 香煎紫蘇肉餅 Kkaennip-jeon is perilla leaf pancake. 講到煎餅,通常會想到西式料理的煎餅 Pancake, you think the pancake is Western-style pancake. 但這不是喔! No, no, no. 這是風味煎餅,通常我使用紫蘇葉 This is savory pancake, but I'm using perilla leaves. 中間填入餡料,再放入鍋中煎熟 Inside filled with meat patty and I'll just pan fry here. 你們知道紫蘇葉嗎?
