  • This guacamole is simple and easy and can be adapted to your taste.

  • Pour the juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime into a bowl. Scoop out the flesh of 3 avocados

  • and add them to the bowl. Mash the avocados. And I'm using a potato masher because I like

  • my guacamole pretty smooth but you could use a fork and mash it to your liking. You can

  • leave lots of chunks if you want to. Mix in ¼ cup chopped cilantro, ¼ cup of minced

  • red onion, 1 minced jalepeno pepper and ¾ teaspoon salt.

  • This is one of those dishes that get's better as it sits and the flavors get to meld.

  • Cover it so that the plastic wrap touches the guacamole. And this keeps the air out

  • and keeps it from turning brown. Refrigerate it for at least an hour before

  • you serve it. You can add garlic, tomatoes, more onion,

  • more cilantro, more jalepeno...whatever you like. Make it your own and tell me how you
