an awesome trip we went with Kimi and Tiffany together Kimi decided to come

along because she had like a few meetings in New York we went to visit my

girl Hanna Bronfman she came to Toronto and we decided to do a little get ready

with me and she offered me to moderate her book signing here in Toronto which

was really awesome we met and we really clicked so she was like next time you're

New York let me know we decided to do a little getaway to go to New York and to

meet with Hanna to shoot a video on her channel kind of a challenge of creating

ten different outfits out of ten different clothing items that went

really well we also decided to go and visit the real real which is a partner

of ours thank you so much for collaborating with me and sponsoring

quick business / content trip which I'm happy to do I love meeting new people in

real life people that I've been following kind of an Instagram I'm super

excited when actual like good relationships come out of it so I

leaving to the airport in about 30 minutes

trench but it's trapped weren't such a good color it's beautiful so the real

the lining to I know it is so cool and it's like

amazing quality because they are a consignment and they carry a lot of

brands they do have a team of people that authenticate everything and are

also stylists so actually when you come in store

there are stylists here to help take all my money the railroad just take it away

how cool is that oh my on okay this is like you have to

go home with that they carry the bags this is a beautiful Dior one that I saw

on the floor that's all you need you need looks of you like really good

pieces and that's it you see a lot of talk about sustainability and stuff like

that with brands this is like a perfect way to really make sure that you don't

add to the waste then the fashion industry these are pieces that are

amazing high quality you can get them for an amazing price as well and you

just like don't buy another like new things 90% of trash clothing can be

repurposed or reused so we're like contributing to trying to solve that

problem

so we're going to Hannah's place and we're gonna shoot something fun like a

little fashion challenge I love like having her in Toronto so now we're in

New York and she's gonna take us for a little New York day I guess and then

we're going to go to her Pilates instructors class which makes me really

scared I post stories for my Pilates but it's

gonna be really humbling so Tiffany just have a very low expectation

okay just prepare to see me cry and I was super awesome to arrange this space

which is basically kind of like a loft in New York first when we got there I

was like is this where she lives but no it was the village studio which is

basically like a beautiful curated space for content creators to create videos so

we shot a few things we actually shot the tent and challenge we also shot an

IG TV video basically mapping the face so how different areas where you break

out tells you about what's going on inside your body

style me in some looks like I hate buying new clothes I love using the

clothes that I have okay I hope my husband doesn't see it I love your stuff

right that's so good for me so I know that the challenge is 10 by 10 but I

actually feel like we can do more than that so there you go my dear

York yes with this kick-ass class so this studio is so beautiful so gorgeous

okay so like cycles thinking is all about the idea that eating certain foods

during certain times in your cycle yeah and like I call the shooing there

exercising your cycles like four weeks of each week is like a different phase

when there are certain things that you can be doing in each specific phase

around eating for them at the table working out all to support where you are

in your cycle why I am so amazing and then it'll help regulate your cycle I'd

like for you if you're negative sometimes yeah so are there some

exercises we've ever fly in like but I'm very weak in my aren't so I'm like so

many more items but like not a lot not like you didn't know what I do like the

only good answer I was yeah

so we've done our workout that was amazing did you like feel it was amazing

I know he didn't work out but did you like I wanted to work out right

sweating watching it was so good okay now we're going for an early dinner at

ABC Kachina and it's like two minutes away from really loving at the

friendship that I'm watching develop between you and
