  • Hey, guys, how's it going?

  • My name is Michaela, and it is freaking cold in this closet.

  • But, Kayla, you're Canadian, and you shouldn't be.

  • But in my defense, these walls are like these walls are like paper thin, and there's no insulation in here.

  • Since I'm in Japan, I guess I'm gonna have to stay warm the same way Japanese people dio with Putin.

  • Odin is a Japanese winter dish consisting of several ingredients such as boiled eggs, daikon radish, cognac Ooh and process fish cakes.

  • Student.

  • A light soy flavor.

  • Dashi broth.

  • Most Japanese convenience stores have simmering old and pots in the winter.

  • Many different kinds of Odin are sold, with single ingredient variety as cheap as 100 yen.

  • According to Wikipedia, I have a confession to make.

  • I've actually been terrified of Odin for years.

  • I guess part of the reason was because I never quite knew what itwas is.

  • It just looks like soggy food in fish.

  • Bonner.

  • And it doesn't smell that great either.

  • I know it looks scary, but if we go through the ingredients together, maybe you will learn to like it as much as I do.

  • So this is we know lucky or in English, Wiener Mackey.

  • And it's a facade.

  • As you can see, it's a sausage wrapped in fish cake.

  • Next we have you, suji.

  • So it's kind of like fatty meat.

  • Some of the most popular Odin ingredients are tofu.

  • This is gone.

  • You'll see it's mostly just eat fried tofu.

  • This is keen chocolate and probably one of my favorites.

  • The outside is deep fried tofu, but in the middle is Japanese rice cake or machi.

  • This one's also really interesting gills on that cake.

  • This is literally gills up, wrapped in deep fried fish cake.

  • Inside, feelings really don't differ from that of a regular user who and finally we have daikon Japanese radish.

  • Not only is it huge, but it's also low calorie, which is good when you're watching your week.

  • A good daikon literally melts in your mouth.

  • It's awesome.

  • So there you have it towed and dish that it costs about 620 N for six things.

  • Don't forget Odin.

  • Ingredients can change depending on what part of Japan urine, which like, really, really, really makes me wanna ask.

  • Have you ever tried Odin?

  • What are your favorite ingredients and Where in Japan are you located?

  • So that's it.

  • I'm working really hard to get videos up every Monday.

  • Every Friday is the small Nakamoto, Siri's.

  • And, um, for those of you who don't like that, please watch my Monday videos instead.

  • Cool.

  • All right, so I have to go, like, clean up this closet cause there's like Odin happening and there's garbage happening onto guitar.

Hey, guys, how's it going?
