It's made of an unspecified stainless steel, probably three or four, and help shut with a poorly made tubular cam lock.

Now I have to say that it's a really interesting idea that may be useful if the cam lock is replaced with something a bit more robust.

But two concerns come to mind immediately.

First, the use of this bottle is probably illegal in many jurisdictions that require pills to be carried in the original pharmacy label bottle.

And second, it would obviously be a very bad idea to carry emergency response medications in a locking bottle.

But those concerns, of course, don't apply.

If you were to use this for locking small personal items, maybe USB sticks or memory cards, I'm sure you can think of lots of uses.

But this really isn't terribly useful in its current condition, because it can be opened with very little skill.

Just like this one, let me show you how it's done.

It is just that fast and easy to open these up, and in this configuration, it probably shouldn't be relied upon to secure dangerous medications or any valuables.
