You've been asking me How do I live so well so long? It's a good question, but I got something for you. That's what this video is about. What you are about to see is the results of 25 years of research by a woman who spoke at Ted and being an old time Ted ster. I got to hear this, and I got to get a copy of this slide. Here we go. That is the least likely of the 10 clean air? A what's number nine? High blood pressure. High blood pressure. I was I've had it all my life and I was told you're gonna die. You're gonna die. Got a dying, and I That's number nine. What's number eight? You'll never guess, because you're gonna think it's number two being lean rather than being overweight. We're not talking about obesity zombies, but just, you know, what? I mean? Like, all of us are overweight or Willie from lucky. But that's number eight, not number two. What's number seven exercise? Oh, boy. You know, force yourself. Exercise old. I'm exercising. That's not number one or number two. That's number seven. Are you kidding me? Now his one cardiac rehab is number six. Of course, that's not most of you. Okay, what's number five? Uh, the flu vaccine. If you don't get the flu vaccine, obviously you're more likely to die. But I wouldn't have thought that would have been in the top 10 once. Number four, quit boozing. I'm not gonna quit boozing. I booze every once in a while and on a fairly regular basis, sexually. But that's fortunately number four. What's number three? Well, obvious. It's gotta be in the top three. Quit smoking, OK? And we all knew that. What is number two? Oh, my God. Ah, close relationship. A close relationship that is critical to our staying alive. Is that beautiful? But that's at the top of the list rather than you know, exercise and quit smoking. That's a topical is just about You won't believe number one, but I just think That's wonderful. We are social beasts. Um, number one, a community social integration, feeling a part of a group, feeling a part of a society, Feeling a part of my road. Feeling a part of my town feeling a part of my co workers, feeling a part of my church, Feeling a part of my family. Close relationships, not close relationships don't mean social. They mean going below social. You know what I mean? That going, they mean telling somebody the truth even when it hurts and hearing back the truth. Even when it doesn't make you comfortable, you're more safe in that environment. Well, I think that's number one in staying alive. I think that's beautiful. And I thought this might be of help to my subscribers and maybe some others who are watching this video. Thank you.
