(笑) 韓式冷麵 Jjolmyeon is noodles, very chewy noodles 韓式冷麵是非常有嚼勁的麵條 mixed with sweet, sour, spicy seasonings. 和又酸又甜又辣的調味料混拌做成的 Chewiest noodles among all the noodles. 比起其他麵條,這是最有嚼勁的麵條 You guys know that I love chewy stuff. 你們都知道我超愛有嚼勁的東西 I have shared many, many recipes, 我已經分享很多很多食譜 and all the noodles, 和麵的食譜 noodles with spicy sauce. 和辣醬混合的麵條 I made kimchi-bibimguksu. 像是泡菜冷麵 Chopped kimchi, mixed with seasoning sauce, 切成小塊的泡菜和醬料混合做成的 and also, cold noodles, naengmyeon. 還有 Bibim-naengmyeon. 韓式冷麵(Bibim-naengmyeon) But today is jjolmyeon. 今天要介紹的是韓式辣拌冷麵 I made a really delicious recipe. 這個食譜非常美味 I went to Korean grocery store, 我去韓國超市 and I found 去找 what kind of jjolmyeon noodles I can make. 那邊有哪些冷麵麵條 And I bought 我買了 as many as I can, 非常多種 because I want to show you. 因為我想要示範給你們看 I want to show you what brands you can see 讓你們知道哪些牌子 in your area, 你可以在附近的超市買到 so this is... 所以這些...
