That we don't have any special goals or ambitions or desires...

彷彿人生沒有目標、抱負、或企圖心

When really deep down inside we do really want more.

但卻在內心深處渴望更多

We block ourselves, and we use these words almost like we're in a trance.

我們把自己困在枷鎖之中，反對自己的能力

Like we sleepwalking through life.

就如夢遊般度過一生

That we find ways to cancel out our dreams,

我們想盡辦法不去實踐夢想

A lot of things we want do, a lot of places we would like to go, a lot of things we would like to experience

我們有很多想做的事情 想去的地方，想體驗的生活

and we just stop at 'but'...

然後在「但是」二字停止了

'but' will cause you to hide out behind fear

「但是」二字，使你不願面對恐懼

'but' will cause you to come out with all types of excuses

「但是」二字，使你產生各種藉口

that you can validate your inaction and not acting on your dream

這些藉口合理化你的怯步，而不去實踐夢想

'but' is a dream killer

「但是」二字扼殺你的夢想

But most people, you know what they do?

但是，你知道大多數人會怎麼做嗎？

Most people go through life quietly and safely tiptoeing to an early grave.

大多數人選擇靜悄悄地過著麻木人生

We've been holding back,

我們被自己壓抑住了

we have ideas that we don't act on. Things we want do, we're afraid to take a chances.

我們有想法卻不去實踐，有想做的事情 ，但害怕冒著風險

See, a lot of people say 'No' to things that they don't even know what they are saying 'No' to.

很多人甚至連拒絕的時候，都不知道自己在抗拒什麼

Don't allow 'but' to keep you in the corner.

不要讓「但是」二字讓你躲在角落

There are a lot of people,

有很多人

who say:

曾經說過：

'But I tried once

「但是我嘗試過了阿！」

or twice...

「或是嘗試兩次。」

and it didn't work out'.

「然後卻不成功。」

And so they use that as an excuse

然後這些話變成藉口

not to ever come out again.

然後從此再也不敢嘗試

Even if things don't work out, even if I experienced a failure...

即便沒有成功，甚至當我失敗的時候

that does not make me a failure

那不代表我是失敗者

It's a difference between failing and being a failure

失敗和失敗者，兩者是不一樣的

If things don't work out, if you don't produce the result that you want, that's all.

只是事情沒有成功，或是沒有達到想要的成果，就這樣而已

But DON'T CONFUSE WHO YOU ARE with THE RESULT THAT YOU PRODUCE.

但是千萬不要混淆「你的人格」和「你的成果」

Do what you can, where you are with what you have and never be satisfied.

做你想要的事情，去你想去的地方， 然後千萬別滿意於現況

Don't get satisfied with yourself!

不要對自己感到滿意！

Always know that wherever you are you can enjoy more, that you deserve more.

記得不論身在何處，你永遠值得更好的生活

Why don't you decide now, that you're gonna expand your world,

為何不現在下決定，拓展自己的夢想

that if other people can learn, you can learn to.

如果其他人可以做得到，你也一定可以

If you are working on your dream,

如果你正在努力地實踐夢想

sure there're gonna be times you want to give up,

一定會有你想放棄的時候

sure there will be times that life will knock you down and kept you on the blind side.

一定會有現實的一面把你擊倒，並使你一蹶不振

But the challenge is to hold on.

但是挑戰之處在於要堅持下去

And if you hold on tenaciously I said that universe is on your side.

如果堅持不放棄的話，全世界都會支持著你

See, If you don't decide to act on your dream,

如果你不去實踐夢想

if you don't decide to make a decision to live your life,

如果你不自己下決定，過自己的生活

if you don't decide to step into your fears,

如果不決定不去面對恐懼

if you don't decide to say "Yes" to your life...

如果不去肯定自己的生活

It will never work for you.

你就永遠看不到成功

You've got to live what's in you!

你要為自己的生活而活！

Life is just too short and unpredictable.

生命非常的短暫，並充滿著未知

But what are we saying,

但是假如對自己說：

'but there always be tomorrow'...Oh no.

「但是永遠都會有明天阿！」喔不。

There is no guarantee, that you're gonna show up tomorrow.

沒有辦法保證你明天還會活著

Always something there to build a case of why you can't move on,

總是會有些事情導致使你不敢向前的原因

why you can't go to the next level,

使你不能突破自己

why you can't begin to manifest your greatness.

使你不能表現你的志向

Why you can't begin to live life on your terms.

使你不能為了自己的夢想而活

That you're gonna say 'It's not worth it.'

你也許會說：「那樣子不值得。」

Yes, that's gonna be right there for you!

沒錯，理由總是會找上你

It's gonna be in your face, telling you to 'go back'!

理由總是會出現在你面前，叫你回去

So if you want do something, if you thought about something you want to do,

所以，如果你正要著手開始去做事情的話

take it head-on.

請勇往直前

And life will never be the same again.

然後你的生命將會與眾不同
