Bungeoppang Bungeoppang is a fish-shape bread Bungeoppang是一種魚形狀的麵包,鯛魚燒 filled with sweet red bean 內裏充滿甜的紅豆 Does it sounds delicious? 聽起來就覺得好吃? When i was in Korea, 我在韓國時 I used to love this snack 我曾經喜歡這個小吃 It's a popular popular street snack,especially in winter times. 這是一個很流行的街頭小吃.尤其在冬季! Bungeoppang vendor was baking,dozen of bungeoppang in front of the customers 通常小店都會在顧客面前烤焗Bungeoppang and then,i was standing,watching her cooking, 然後,我就一直站著很她烤, pouring batter,and then put some sweet red bean, 倒進麵糊,放進甜紅豆, that was really exciting. 看著看著也令人興奮。 Right after it's made,It's plump,hot hot hot,like a volcano 新鮮出爐時,它脹脹的,熱烘烘的,就像火山 I used to blown like a 我要用吹的令它變涼 (blowing) (吹) And then eating. it was so delicious! 然後才可以吃。很美味! I did some experiment and eventually 我試了很多次 I found the perfect taste bungeoppang! 最後我找到了完美的味道bungeoppang! (laughing) (笑) So did I bungeoppang? 我剛才說bungeoppang? So bungeoppang! bungeoppang! Let's start! 開始吧 We need this sweet red bean,from korean grocery store 我們需要這種甜豆,在韓國雜貨店 there are a few different brand 有幾個不同的品牌 Any of them,it's good. 任何一個都可以 so one can,I paid for 3.99 我付了3.99買這罐 actually cheap,so with one can,you can make fifteen bungeoppang 其實是很便宜的,因為一罐可以做15件bungeoppang but,just in case,you can't find this product in your area,check out my website recipes,you need only azuki bean, 萬一在你找不到這類甜紅豆,你可以用日本的azuki bean. red bean. 可以查看我網頁上的食譜 So all-purpose flour,one cup. 一杯多用途麵粉 (tapping) (拍打聲) And then,this salt,half teaspoon. 半茶匙鹽 Baking soda,this half teaspoon. 半茶匙小蘇打 And one tablespoon 一湯匙 brown or white sugar. 啡糖或白糖 And then just mix with water! 然後只需要與水混合 2 tablespoon,just measure first,and then 1cup 2湯匙,只是測量,然後再1cup And then mix. 攪混 (mixing) (攪混) So I made this nice,so well mixed this now 現在拌勻好了,做出很好的麵糊, and then but still,we need to sieve (strain) this. 儘管如此,我們還是需要過篩. Now I'm made two bungeoppang and then i still have this amount, 這裏你可以做多4個bungeoppang so you can make four bungeoppang with the leftover. 即是一杯麵粉做出來的麵糊可以做到六件鯛魚燒 Which means that one cup of flour,the batter you can make six, 我要趁它還溫熱時嘗嘗 but as i told you,i'm going to taste when this warm. 有聽說不同的性格的人有不同的吃法 People are have several types of personality, 如喜歡先吃頭部的人, the people who eat this head part first, 有很多領導才能,並希望可以成為一個領導者。 really lot of leadership and want to be become a leader. 而喜歡先吃近下面魚肚的位置的人, And people eat this just arround the stomach area 多數多是比較活躍, and this people are very active and then lot of athlete 很多都是運動員. they are doing this. 而先吃魚尾的人,他們比較細心. And some people eat just the tail part and then very thoughtful 先吃魚鯺的人,一般都不熱愛社交, People eat this fin part,it's not sociable 情緒比較敏感. but really like sensitive so emotional easily. 信不信由你 Do you belive that? 我就不太相信 I don't believe! 有人會問 People said that; “嘿,Maangchi,為什麼會這樣?” "Hey Maangchi,what's going on?" “我喜歡先吃尾部,但我想成為領導者!” "I like to eat the tail first but i want to be a leader!" (笑) (laughing) 在我說的期間,這條魚燒已經開始變得濕濕, See while i'm talking,already this guy are really like a soggy 所以一烤好,趁它還熱熱脆脆時,就要吃 so right after making this is going to be crunchy crispy and hot hot! 讓我嘗嘗 So let's taste!
