  • Today, we're making probably he's soup.

  • So this is a vegetarian broccoli cheese soup.

  • Take a few of these broccoli florets and just keep them to the side, and we're gonna grind the rest of the mixture in a blender.

  • And once that's melted, we're gonna add 1/2 a cup of heavy whipping cream and keep mixing.
