  • Well, I'm supposed to roll the dough out toe 1/2 an inch thick and then cut it with cookie cutters or whatever you want to do.

  • But I decided that I wanted to make it like a true, um, shortbread.

  • And I'm just enough had it down to hopefully within 1/2 much thickness into this ungreased pan.

  • It will be on ungreased baking sheet from glued sugar and big for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.

  • I'm gonna let this time a little bit down to oh, boy to room temperature so that I can so that it's workable and then we'll go from there.

  • Meanwhile, preacher of into 350 degrees.

  • I'm gonna put some holes in here like they normally do for shortbread cookies, and I'm going to put that into be off them and keep on eye on it.
