Today, I'm going to make really healthy and delicious drink. 今天我要做一個又健康又美味的飲品 Only a few ingredients, you can eat it as breakfast 只要幾項食材,你可以做來當早餐 or snack, it's called, Duyu, it's soy milk. 或者點心,這個飲品叫:Duyu,也就是豆漿 It has nothing do with cow milk. 它和牛奶沒有任何關係 Totally vegetarian drink. 完全是一個素的飲品 I learned this recipe from one of my friends, 這個食譜是我跟我一個朋友學的 who is living in New York City. 她住在紐約 One day I went to her house, 有一天我去她家 and then she made this for breakfast. 她做了這個當早餐 And she told me she's eating this as breakfast for decades. 她告訴我她喝豆漿當早餐已經有好幾十年了 She never gains weight, she never loses weight. 她從來不會變胖,也不會變瘦 Her body's like a hourglass. 她的身體曲線像沙漏一樣 She's a little older than me, and pretty. 她年紀比我大一點,而且很漂亮 If you are interested in healthy and delicious food, 如果你對健康又美味的食物感興趣的話 this is for you, let's start. 你會喜歡這個食譜的,那我們開始吧!
