I went to Central Park the other day and I made my lunchbox. 之前我我帶了午餐盒去中央公園野餐 But at the time I was so busy. "Oh, what should I do? What can I make? 但有時我很忙 "噢我應該做什麼才好?" So I made yubuchobap. 所以我做了豆皮壽司 Yubuchobap is fried tofu stuffed with rice. 豆皮壽司是用炸豆皮包著飯的食物 And also I'm using this tool. 我用了這個工具製作 You know what it is? Cookie scoop! 你知道這是什麼嗎?這是餅乾麵糰挖杓! I'm making my chocolate chip cookies with this. 我用這個挖杓製作巧克力豆餅乾 And really small, around one tablespoon inside. 用這個工具容量大約一大匙 I'm using this, Oh MY! So easily I can make rice balls! 當我用這個工具時,我的天阿,做飯團變得超簡單! When I make rice balls, it's kind of a big job because two hands I'm using, bare hands 做飯團是個大工程,因為我必須兩手並用 and then just squeezing rice balls. 來塑形 Ever since I found this method, I keep make yubuchobap 當我這個方法,我一直都用這個挖杓來做豆皮壽司 More than real chocolate chip cookies with this! So I need to, in the middle of talking, I need to fluff my rice. 在我說話的同時,我必須要把飯稍微拌鬆 Rice is well done. 飯做好啦! It's my good snack. 這些稍微焦掉的米飯(鍋巴)是很好吃的點心 I will just let it cook over low heat. [burner ignites] 讓鍋巴用小火加熱 [爐火點燃的聲音] This is around two cups. 這樣的量大約是兩杯的量 And then, this kit, you can buy in Korean grocery store really easily. 這個調理包可以在韓國超市找到 By the way, this yubuchobap is from Japan, originated from Japan. 對了,這個豆皮壽司其實源自日本 But when I was in Korea, everybody makes yubuchobap, even this kit is made in Korea 我住在韓國的時候,很多人會做豆皮壽司,甚至這個調理包是韓國製的 and sold at a Korean grocercy store. 在韓國超市裡販售 When it comes to food, delicious food, I don't care about which country it comes from. 說到吃的東西,我不太在意食物來自哪裡 One package it has fourteen tofu, each one. 每包裡面有14個豆皮 Sometimes sold like this, large, large package. 有時候你也可以找大這種大包裝的 And first I need to mix with this rice... 首先我要先將醬料包和飯混合 Inside looks like this... 內容物是這個樣子的... This is tofu, this is sauce. 這是豆皮,而這是醬汁 Sweet, sour, salty sauce. 味道甜、酸、鹹的醬汁 Vinegar mixture. 含醋的醬汁 So we are going to add this. 我要把這個醬汁加到 Here. 這裡 Don't pour all. 不要全加 You should taste this. 你要一邊試味道 Let's taste. 先嚐看看 It's good. Fried square tofu, they cut it diagonally into triangles. 這是豆皮 方形的炸豆包,已經被對切成三角形 There are fourteen triangles inside. 裡面總共有14片 This tofu is marinated with this liquid brine, sweet, sour, and salty. 這個豆皮已經用醬汁醃漬過了 嚐起來又甜又酸又鹹 I need to open this and then squeeze out all this unnecessary liquid. 我要把包裝打開並將多餘的醬汁擠出 And this is dried packet, sesame seeds, carrot, and dried green onion. 這個乾的調味包裡有芝麻、紅蘿蔔和乾的青蔥 All this is in a kit! So you can buy this, it's only three dollars. 這些都包含在條理包裡面!一包才三塊美金而已 So with a three dollar package you can make it quickly! 有了著個三塊美金的調理包,做豆皮壽司變得更容易! When I went to Central Park the other day, I made this. 有次我去中央公園野餐時,我帶了豆皮壽司 "Ok, rice" and then while I'm wearing my clothes to go out and wearing hat and then rice is done "好,飯煮好了" 當我穿好衣服、戴好帽子準備出門時,飯煮好了 and then I just wrapped this and go! 然後我把飯包好就出門了! So simple! 超簡單的! Like this way... 像這樣... You don't have to squeeze too much. 你不要過度擠壓 Because it has to be juicy. 因為豆皮應該有點濕潤才好吃 Let's see my nurungi. 來看看我的鍋巴(nurungi) See? Brownish. 看到了嗎?金黃的顏色 Mmm! In a pot?" 有些人問我:"噢Maangchi, 你為什麼總是鍋子和瓦斯爐煮飯" I have two rice cookers. Especially when I make multigrain rice I need my pressure cooker. 我有兩個電子鍋 特別是煮五穀米的時候,我會使用壓力鍋 I use that, but sometimes I feel like some nurungi, burnt rice, and I use a small pot. 但在我想吃鍋巴的時候,我會使用小鍋煮飯 It should be a heavy pot. 最好使用厚底鍋 So perfectly I can make nicely. 才能做出完美的飯 And also most of you guys don't have a rice cooker at home. 而且很多人家裡沒有電子鍋 So if I bring that from my rice cooker, "I don't have a rice cooker, how can I make rice?" 如果我用電鍋示範 "我沒有電子鍋,我要怎麼做飯呢?" You guys will also ask a question. 你們可能會這樣問 That's why I often make rice with my pot. 這就是我常用鍋子煮飯的原因 Ok! Like this 像這樣 So, all made! So fourteen. Fourteen triangles we made. 完成了!我們做了14個倒三角壽司 I'm going to wrap my lunchbox, I will show you how to wrap this. 我要來包便當,我等等會示範如何將壽司放進餐盒裡 If you don't have any lunchbox, any special lunchbox, you can just wrap this with cooking foil. 如果你沒有餐盒,你可以用鋁箔紙包 Just roll it up with cooking foil, and then it can be your lunchbox. Why not? 就用鋁箔紙包起來,就可以直接當成你的餐盒了 Looks so good! I will just add a lot of sesame seeds... 看起來很不錯!我要再沾多一點芝麻... This is danmuji, yellow pickled radish. 這是醃蘿蔔 This is Japanese umeboshi, it's a pickled plum. 這是日式梅乾,醃漬過的梅子 And close this. 然後蓋上蓋子 This is lunchbox! 餐盒包好了! Yubuchobap dosirak - dosirak is lunchbox in Korean. 我們今天做了豆皮壽司、豆皮壽司便當(dosirak) dosirak是午餐盒的韓語 Fried tofu stuffed with rice. 包著飯的炸豆皮 And we have a byproduct: nurunji. [laughs] 我們還有副產品:鍋巴 [笑] Crunchy snack, and also tea. 脆脆的點心和茶 Let me taste! 讓我嚐看看! To our yubuchobap! Cheers! 用我們的壽司!乾杯! Mmmm! 嗯! Rice is really well made. Each grain is like a rice cake. 飯煮得剛剛好 每粒飯口感就像年糕一樣 Each grain is so firm and chewy, soft. 每粒飯既軟又有嚼勁 This fried tofus is very sweet and juicy.
