  • Today we are going to be making homis crusted chicken breasts and vegetables U two's best for creative things.

  • Because some of you know, some nights, if you're dealing with wet hands will slip out of your hand.

  • And, you know, these things are so incredibly sharp they even ship these with, um, little tip guards on the, you know, on the side so that you don't get hurt.

  • Um, taking it out of the box.

  • So anyway, I want to thank yum yum utensils for sending that.

  • So we have this yellow squash, we have the zucchini, and then I'm going to slice the onions as well.

  • And then what we're gonna do is in this school, we are going to, um, put some olive oil in there.

  • So let me take care of this.

  • A little bit of all the oil and we're going to just toss that around, make sure that it's quoted and then within a season that where salt and pepper and I am going to add some tops garlic, because I just love the taste of garlic with my zucchini.

  • We're gonna put that into that separate pan over there can.

  • Then we're gonna take care of the final step.

  • Four chicken so the vegetables are ready.

  • Now we're going to add homis.

  • You can use homemade helmets, but this is actually my favorite promise right here.

  • And you want to make sure that each chicken breast is thoroughly covered with, um, hum it whenever Sprinkle their swear smoked paprika because Papa got makes everything better and we're gonna put this into the 450 degree Well, then, for 25 2 30 minutes, both the vegetables and being chicken that is absolutely delicious.
