Today, let's make really healthy, delicious, and gorgeous looking Korean "kongjuk." 今天我們來製作健康又色香味俱全的 Kongjuk is bean porridge. 韓國"kongjuk" You can use any types of beans: soybeans, white beans, and red beans Kongjuk是豆粥 I make this porridge with these dried green peas 你可以使用任何豆子 and split. 黃豆、白腰豆或紅豆 So this is in small pieces. 我使用這種乾的青豌豆 So you can make it so easily at home. 已剖半的 So let's start! 這些已經處理過的 First, I have to wash and soak in cold water. 可以方便在家料理 Rinse a couple of times. 那就開始囉!
