I'm in southern Japan on the beautiful island of Shikoku were actually right beside on Amazing River called Shimanto River.

And I'm gonna be doing some water sports today, which is super exciting because I haven't done any kind of water sports since I moved to Japan when I was, like 19.

So it's been way too long.

I live on an island in Canada, So whenever the summer comes around, we do really cool stuff like wakeboarding and to being on the back of a boat.

Today, we're gonna be doing some which is stand up paddling.

It's like serving, but you're standing and not really surfing anyways.

Apparently, it's really difficult, and I'm probably gonna end up in the water.

I'm excited about that, but it's really hot today.

I have a special guest, which I think you're gonna be really happy about.

It's been like a year since we see each other.

We're gonna be together for three days, and we're doing so much fun stuff here.

And we just got here and we still have two days to spending way Just arrived at our hotel, which was probably the coolest hotel I've ever stayed out in Japan.

You know, wait till the morning, then I'm gonna give you a tour.

It's it's quite dark, and you can't really appreciate the beauty of it in the dark.

But the name of this place is she Montana Yaddo on.

I highly recommend the prices a lot more affordable than I assumed it to be.

So I will tell you guys more about that tomorrow.

I cannot wait to eat this dinner, which is probably gonna be absolutely delicious.

Everything was so good.

I I'm always so impressed when you have dinner at a joke on they put so much care into each and every dish.

Like if you look at this one here, look at how they've twisted the cognac you into a little braid, and they've formed this vegetable into this curly, spiky shape.

So it looks awesome.

Yeah, it really is.

Each dish is like little artistic masterpiece.

When you stay at the Japanese hotel a dio con give you a menu and tell you specifically what they've prepared for you.

They made a special menu for me today because I don't eat meat.

And then they printed out this personalized menu for me.

It's so nice they usually use local vegetables for the area, and everything is always so fresh.

Mm.

I love cognac sashimi.

I always look forward to this dish, and I come todo con because they seem to prepare it every time this one came with.

I think this is a couple.

So if I'm correcting, squeeze some of that on there.

I didn't really so Kony has got kind of like a rubbery texture quite similar to a fish sashimi.

So you're looking for a veggie alternative to sashimi is a great option.

It's 6 30 Time to get up and start Day two of our show.

I love the beds in your Khan will either give you a foot on or a Western style bed like this.

But the blankets are always so thick and fluffy.

So first, let me show you guys around the inside of the room, and then I'll take you out and show you the outdoor bath and be a little quiet because his neighbors upstairs, they might still be sleeping early.

So you could actually come here with a few friends or your family is two beds.

There are also much of fruit in here, so you could definitely sleep at least two more people over here in the Washington, the tatami area, the cost is only about $200 a night.

It's a very good price for such a beautiful, spacious room.

So on the bed they've laid out some yukata toe wear, and this is a little coat for going over top these cute little baskets are to bring to the extend with you.

So there's little towel and then there's a bag.

It's is so cute how they prepare everything for you.

I love all the detail that goes into a stay of a dio con.

So if you come to Japan, please do stay at a Japanese style hotel deal kind like this at least once.

So there's always a cute little tea set in Ando con, and they'll give you some sweets than some teas.

So this is always some kind of traditional Japanese sweet that you can eat along with a T that they give you the kettle over there and that is something to keep the mosquitoes away.

He goes when you're outside chilling in the bath.

Mosquitoes might, but that's the only really the only downside to the outdoor bath.

But look at this cute little shower and bathing area.
