  • a morning.

  • Guys, let's kick off this live stream.

  • Really on.

  • Let's see.

  • In America, if you guys are watching from the state, it's still Christmas there at the moment.

  • So merry Christmas to those of you guys who are on that side of the world.

  • Works till Christmas.

  • Over here in Korea, Christmas is done.

  • And it was a pretty good day.

  • Had a good Christmas on.

  • My kids were very happy with their presence and everything.

  • So yeah, went pretty well.

  • I didn't really get any Gump le or anything, really.

  • That exciting, that cool, I think, like, uh, from my family or anything.

  • I did pick up a couple things for myself.

  • Ah, Doctor.

  • Yes?

  • I have two kids, actually.

  • I have a son and a daughter.

  • Uh, but yeah, so I didn't get any gunplay or anything.

  • Ah, like related to the at all from my family.

  • I don't, uh I don't typically get that stuff for my family, but I didn't get a couple things for myself at the mart here in Korea, which is like a bee like supermarket and like Mars, something like in America would be certainly sort of similar to like target in America if you guys are familiar with that.

  • So where they have clothes and like all sorts of like household items and stuff as well as food and all of that and everything as well, it's come everything.

  • They're here in Korea.

  • They do also sell gum pleh there in those stores.

  • But typically it's overpriced.

  • It's not really worth ever buying their I've bought in gum PLO from there a couple times.

  • Rarely, like when I first lived in Korea many years ago.

  • Ah, when I just didn't really know very much better or I was just too impatient to go.

  • I couldn't buy stuff online at the time, I didn't know how.

  • Ah, and as there's no other like really good model kits shops here like in area where I live.

  • So if I want to go into a shop and buy something, then the only real option was going to the march there, where it's a little bit overpriced.

  • Still, of course, cheaper than buying model kits in the States or anything.

  • But my point is, after a long explanation about that, my point is that usually during the holidays they will have some of the model kits on sale, especially some of the larger stuff.

  • I don't think I've ever seen any perfect grades in the mark.

  • But the mega size kits are usually always on sale at the holiday time because I think just because they're just pretty expensive, so people typically don't really buy them from the Mars.

  • So they're just trying to get rid of them while they can during the holidays.

  • And so mega size kits were on sale this year again.

  • And so I took the opportunity to pick up Uh, is I got the mega size are x 78 gonna not have built and reviewed the clear color version of this, which I borrowed from Alex.

  • He lent me his to build in review for you guys here.

  • Ah, but just because this is like the regular version, I figure I might as well do actual, like review of this version.

  • Just people can kind of get to look at this so I will do, like, just so quick.

  • I think I'm gonna do it like an Unboxing interview video all in one because the kid doesn't really do a whole lot, so there's not really a pope point to really do much of a full on review for it.

  • So I'm just gonna wrap that all into one video, and then this is just basically gonna be just a work in progress.

  • Serious?

  • I'll show you guys how to fix some of the seam lines and stuff with this because it does have a good amount of steam lines on it.

  • How to fix those and how to, uh, build the kid around the sea mines so that you don't have to mask anything.

  • You can take different things apart and all that.

  • Eso that and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be painting this and the prototype are not protect the real type colors, which actually includes here in the manual.

  • I'll show you this.

  • I can show you up close.

  • Oh, no.

  • You can see that up there in the corner.

  • But it does include the, uh, like a thing about the painting as an alternate color scheme in the new type are not do type in the real type colors s.

  • So that's my plan for this just to do just a work in progress, Siris on that, just showing how to fix the themes and prep this for painting and then just painting it up in the real tight color scheme.

  • And that'll just be just kind of relatively quick projects.

  • I don't think it's really going to take all that long.

  • They are really large kits, though, so just because the size they do to kind of take a little longer to paint everything just because the size of them but the other s o that waas on sale ended up getting this for around $50.

  • So not too bad at all.

  • About 50 bucks for that kid's a lot of kit for 50 bucks is not bad.

  • And then also got this guy, which I already so have snapped up last night, huh?

  • It was Christmas nights, and, uh, I wanted to just kind of relax a little bit.

  • So I already built this guy up.

  • This is BB Mega sized Unicorn here are very large, and I've already built, reviewed, painted and sold one of these actually already.

  • So I've got that experience.

  • But what I got this one for is because I've been watching the work in progress videos.

  • Bye, Andy.

  • Although it's known online as back stepped.

  • If you guys don't follow him, you should check out his social media.

  • Uh, he's been doing a work in progress.

  • The work in progress, not video.

  • He doesn't do videos, but maybe someday he's been doing a work in progress series of converting the mega sized unicorn into unicorn mode.

  • Uh, and it looks really interesting, Really fun.

  • So I really wanted to try it out myself.

  • So of total credit to Andy for the idea of that project, But I'm gonna take a stab it as well.

  • Ah, and so that it was I've been thinking about that.

  • I've been watching his work in progress, Siri's, and I thought it looks really fun.

  • And then just this past week, the kid was on sale at the Morris.

  • I thought, uh, okay, I'm gonna try it.

  • I'm gonna do it.

  • So Ah, that kit was about $70.

  • 70 bucks for the mega sized unicorn is also really, really good price.

  • So All right, well, there you go.

  • Ah, it's a good chance.

  • So got that.

  • Got it all snapped up.

  • And that'll be also a project that will be working on here when, a soon as I can.

  • Ah, all right.

  • So, yeah, I got a couple of mega size gets for myself for Christmas and they really that was about it.

  • I did get this from my wife, which is not complete related, but it's pretty cool.

  • It's a portable Bluetooth speaker, so he's got a speaker there at the back.

  • It's pretty cool.

  • Actually, I'm not really like I like Pokemon.

  • And I played it a bunch, of course, when I was younger, But I don't like, play it these days and I don't like, really even talk about it a lot.

  • Like I watch it sometimes, like, occasionally shown some episodes there, stuff like to my son, and he likes it well enough, like without being really super into it.

  • But I've never really expressed, like, really being that into Pokemon.

  • So not really sure where my wife got the idea to get this for me, But I think she just wanted to get me a Bluetooth speaker.

  • Just, uh she said she wanted me to this have, ah, speaker to use we just while I'm here, working all day in the in the office, as it were.

  • Ah, so I guess she found this one and thought it looked cool.

  • It is pretty cool.

  • So anyway works well.

  • The Pok Ball, Bluetooth Speaker.

  • So I've got that now.

  • That was pretty awesome.

  • But anyway, let's get into the build of the cause, shall we?

  • That was some Christmas stuff.

  • Uh, and I'm going to first just put the runners in order, so it's easy to find the stuff, so just give me a moment, get these are all they are.

  • Still in order from one of the damn boxing.

  • I forgot.

  • Okay, so that's convenient.

  • So I'm going to set these over here, I think.

  • Where?

  • Out of the way.

  • Over here.

  • Work.

  • So let's get to going.

  • What did you guys get for Christmas?

  • Let me know.

  • Ah, in the chat, you guys let me know.

  • Let each other know.

  • What did you all get for Christmas?

  • You get anything cool?

  • Anything fun?

  • Gumpawa or not?

  • So usually when I'm doing these live builds Ah, If you guys have watched me before, I'm usually I've got all of, like the prep work everything that parts are already cut out.

  • The numbers we're moving all that prep work is all done already, but in this case, I didn't want to do that just because a little bit harder to do that with these kids, just by the way of their construction.

  • Ah, but the other reason is because I just thought that probably a lot more people are unfamiliar with just how machine Krieger kits are.

  • And I really I have only built ah couple as well.

  • So I mean, I'm not really the most experience one either.

  • Uh, so I thought to be a good experience just for people who are interested to just see a little bit more about what Mac kits are all about this being, ah, pretty standard ish one.

  • I mean, it's not like a low one of the larger designs, like the lunar diver or the guns or something like that.

  • Um, so hopefully this should be interesting for any of you guys who are who are interested.

  • And this stuff.

  • Uh, see what you guys gave you got the master grade.

  • That's I tell the best grade gym sniper to Quanta Gunners, aka Warrior.

  • That's a nice build.

  • Their gotta pee.

  • GRX 70 An apple watch.

  • All right.

  • Got the Gundam thrown.

  • H g Very nice.

  • we'll see what else the gentle get here.

  • You got the Google assistant, which you're using to watch me right now.

  • That's cool.

  • That's my glasses are dirty.

  • Sorry.

  • I'm really, really lazy about cleaning my glasses.

  • So my wife is always giving me crap about having dirty ass glasses all the time because I'm just Yeah, lazy, uh, a two.

  • And you guys, I guess you can see the instructions pretty well.

  • I mean, just the camera, but the instructions there look, a bit of it blown out.

  • I want you guys to see as much as possible here.

  • So let's go here up the contrast and down brightness.

  • None of the exposure down a little bit.

  • A little bit more.

  • Okay.

  • Just adjusting the camera settings, Live it there.

  • So you guys can see the instructions a little bit more as well.

  • Okay.

  • On as I was saying, this is a 11.

  • The construction of these just putting to get them together.

  • It's not that complicated.

  • Uh oh.

  • I mean, they are, I think, in a sense, a lot more like traditional model kits than, uh, compared to gumpawa.

  • But I think certainly shouldn't feel like, really intimidated or anything.

  • If you feel like I'm still a beginner, I'm not sure if I can really take something on like that.

  • Ah, at least from my experience with the Mac, it's that I've built.

  • I don't think that even if you are still relatively new to model building in general, that you should really be too intimidated.

  • They definitely are meant to be painted more so than gonna model.

  • Kits are, of course, but, um, if you're wanting to try some painting now, they do kind of have like there's, of course, like a signature machine Krieger style of painting.

  • But of course, there's no there's no rules that obviously, when you buy the kit, you're not like signing a contract to have to paint the kid in that style.

  • So, Gerard, thank you.

  • Merry Christmas to you, too, on just once again, as always, guys, you tuning in new old regular viewers are not.

  • If you have questions about the build or if there's anything in general, I suppose just put your questions in all caps or tag me in your comments that I can see it clearly when I check out the chat here.

  • Uh, you, uh Cody Flyers.

  • No, I don't do one cut.

  • You see, I just do one cut to get it off the runner and that I use Ah, hobby knife to clean up the numbers here.

  • And I'm just going to do for the time being, because then this is after this is just put together.

  • It is going to then also, I'm gonna have to go back on just cleanup Maur Doom or standing and stuff like that.

  • So it's not gonna be I'm not building this at the moment in preparation for painting will have to go back in and get everything all cleaned up, more so to get all prepped for painting.

  • So I'm just gonna do very simple number removal on this.

  • Probably not going to even do a whole lot of standing, even the numbers or anything like that, because I'm gonna have to go back in and sand everything to get it prepped for painting anyway.

  • So for the time being, we're just focused on just just showing the building process.

  • That's kind of how the kit comes together.

  • So that is going to be the focus of this.

  • So I'm just gonna be trying to get the nubs cleaned up quickly.

  • And simply for the time being, this using hobby knife.

  • So Thea Daniel asked Where do babies come from?

  • You know, Daniel, you'd think that I would know because I already had two of them.

  • But I still I just don't really know.

  • You know, there's so many conflicting stories and honestly, just a lot of fake news out there.

  • I just don't know really what to believe.

  • So if anyone else has any ideas on the subject, actually feel free to share because, you know, I'm open to hearing what you guys think about that.

  • I'm not really quite made up my mind.

  • Ah, and Christopher asked.

  • Have you ever built Neto Mac kits?

  • No, I have not.

  • I have not built one of those.

  • I almost bought one.

  • Ah, on the most recent trip to Tokyo.

  • And maybe I will in the future, Huh?

  • So I'm not, like, intentionally avoided them.

  • I know that there, uh, not as easy to build as the recent wave and Hasegawa kits.

  • Another needle.

  • Kids there.

  • Ah, a little bit trickier to build from what I've heard, anyway, uh, but I don't know if you've Christophe you've built some Anita kits interested to hear your thoughts on them?

  • Because there are pretty a couple of pretty cool ones that you occasionally come across fear checking out like the second hand shops around there in Akihabara.

  • So their possible it might be something that I'll be in the market for next time I'm there.

  • So be interested to hear your thoughts.

  • Ah, e years.

  • Ooh asked.

  • Ah, Merry Christmas.

  • What can I do to make my HD unicorn?

  • Gundam?

  • Look, uh, sorry.

  • I got that part of the screen covered.

  • Ah, look better.

  • Yes.

  • To make your HD unicorn gonna look better.

  • Ah, dinks.

  • Um, panel lining.

  • I'd say you'd be the first thing if you're not gonna go the whole way to do the painting if you just want to just make it look a little bit better Pen aligning that.

  • And I would not use black.

  • That was me.

  • Uh, I would use it.

  • Depends on which version of the Unicorn if it's like the final battle version depends what color the psycho frame is.

  • I mean, assuming it's the red cycle frame version, I would say, Do you're penalizing either gray or like Ah, Ah, kind of 10 kind of color.

  • I wouldn't get a 10.

  • That's really yellow.

  • Something like a sandy yellow.

  • Something like that.

  • I wouldn't go that yellow with it, but, like does a light brown color, I think also looks nice because that kid, uh, and again it depends on which version of the kids.

  • But, um, which version of a stick it?

  • But I believe I'm not sure if it's the version where the color of the plastic is kind of like a warm white, like almost kind of cream kind of color.

  • Then that light brown penalizing would look really nice on that.

  • Ah, if it's where the armor is just like straight up white and it's not like cream at all like or any kind of look off white at all.

  • Then in that case, then I would go with, like, just a gray penalty on the and then the other.

  • Of course, the other thing that you can do to make it look better is the top coating.

  • But what you want to do is avoid top coating the psycho frame because well, depends on if years, if you're doing a glossy top going over the whole thing.

  • You can just do it over the whole thing.

  • If you wantto have Matt coat on the armor, you don't want to get Mac on the clear plastic psycho frame parts is gonna make them look bad.

  • So you'll have to disassemble the kid and you'll have to spray you're flat matte coat on all the armor pieces separately and then put the kid back together.

  • So is that you're not spraying?

  • You could mask the psycho frame parts.

  • I think it just be much easier.

  • Just take the kid apart, and then once all your armor pieces are flat coated put, get back together, that will probably give you the best result.

  • I'd say.

  • Ah ah, Kabeer asked.

  • Do you prefer building mg or RG kits?

  • Honestly, I probably prefer Master Graves more than real grades, but a few of the recent real grades have been really awesome.

  • So ah, you know, it is depends on the kid really.

  • Well, what's dropped there as long as it's Ah, that's a cool design that I like fun build.

  • Then I'll enjoy it Either way.

  • So, and a couple of the recent real grade kits also been quite large as well.

  • All right, so we got Ah, Polly, Cap in here going there have kind of back of the shell up into their Give us the backside back armor panel there for that.

  • And this part which fits up underneath this part, is where we're going to be plugging up our the rest of bells, I believe, up into their Think that's right.

  • Aah!

  • Cody says some numbers are thick, and I find it hard to cover my hobby knife.

  • Huh?

  • Uh, if you've got, like, the really, really, like beefy gates are nubs on a kit that and you're just cleaning it up, be a hobby knife.

  • Then just make sure that you're not trying to take off the whole thing all in one go, because it's just too much to slice off all at once, and you'll end up doing more harm than good.

  • Usually they're like, rip the plastic or you'll end up, you know, forcing it too hard.

  • He could slip, cut yourself or something.

  • You know, it's just not a good idea.

  • So the best thing to do is just take it off a little bit at a time.

  • Just slice a little bit off in a little bit off a little bit off just so that you're not having to put too much pressure on it.

  • That's just the safest way, and I'll give you the best result.

  • You could also use a file on that case.

  • Personally, I don't really like using files at all ever for number Mobile, even if, like, they really, really thick ones.

  • Because, like I said, just take it off with the knife just bit by bit.

  • But, uh, yeah, I don't like using files for never removal this because I think it's just too harsh in most cases.

  • But if you're, uh is that right?

  • No, that's upside down if you are.

  • Let's see.

  • Hang on.

  • Sorry.

  • I'm trying to figure out how this part goes in here.

  • There we go.

  • Uh, if you're trying to get rid of a very large number mark.

  • Very large gate left over on the part, then.

  • Ah, file could be a quick way to get that down to a manageable size and then get the last part, then with, uh, knife and or ah, standing stick or whatever else you're you're normally using.

  • Go to the inside back part of the cockpit.

  • CNC here is where we're gonna plug the head onto.

  • This is like the padding around the back of the head in here.

  • I also have the new, uh uh, have the wave new rally pond, kid.

  • Okay, well, I found two kids.

  • The goose stop in the flesh, uh, gave the flavors to John Bias.

  • Who built it for us like Okay, cool.

  • I'll check out John's building thoughts on that new, extremely expensive new Gundam.

  • The ones like $1000.

  • Patrick.

  • I talked about the new Gundam a bit in the last Soccernews video over on the US again of a channel, and I I'm not into it at all.

  • And someone pointed us out to in the comments on that video I noticed yesterday that someone just pointed out the fact that I just don't I don't really know about the, like, upscale toy market, which is a very fair point.

  • Someone said that, like was pointing out that I thought it was weird.

  • All right.

  • I thought it was crazy that the kid cost $1000.

  • And so I must be unfamiliar with the scale toy market.

  • Basically, and that's a very it's a Yeah, it's good point.

  • Uh, I am not into, like, like the big like hot toys be like marble toy character figures.

  • I know those were, like, crazy, expensive stuff, too.

  • So I know that those things, like exists, But I just think, um, Bandai doesn't really do those, um, like, obviously, Thomas, she bend, I like they do do something more expensive.

  • Like uh huh.

  • Metal build stuff and like things like their recent like middle build.

  • Uh, if it were kids really, really expensive.

  • So they did do some really expensive stuff, but in, like, the it's Gundam related and in the $1000 range, they just don't really do that.

  • That's not normal for Bandai.

  • Uh, and and so I think that for a company like Bandai, to be doing something like that is is odd.

  • And so I think, as I said in a recent news video, I thought it was strange.

  • I think that they could have made that into all right.

  • I think it would have been better if they would have made that into a just a perfect great get taking all the design, engineering, whatever.

  • Like of the construction of that, the details, everything that went to that and make that into a perfect break.

  • It would've, I think, sold a lot better.

  • It would have cost 1/3 of the amount of how much end up costing.

  • And ultimately, I think it would have made a lot more fans a lot more happy.

  • Uh, but yeah.

  • Mmm.

  • Uh, Chris, you're in South Carolina, and John is in North Carolina.

  • All right, so you guys are nearby.

  • Never been to North Carolina myself.

  • But I have been to South Carolina once I spent.

  • Uh, how long was that about?

  • Oh, I don't remember.

  • About a week or so.

  • Ah, and, uh, was the island this is going way back to a long time.

  • Uh, when was this?

  • Ah, I was I went with my, uh, goal and an uncle's family, my family, my parents and I went with my and uncle's family on their cousin who's a similar age to me.

  • We went and stayed with them at ah, kind of, uh, timeshare in.

  • Ah.

  • What?

  • That island in South Carolina.

  • Uh, Hilton Head?

  • Yes.

  • Thank you.

  • Ah, half site.

  • There you go.

  • Hilton head, right?

  • Yeah.

  • That was like when I was 16.

  • Maybe so.

  • Uh, it's been a little while.

  • All right, um, placing the parts off him.

  • Uh, yeah, but that was nice.

  • Ah, and I need to pay attention here this time something.

  • Okay, I'll point this out to you.

  • You guys here in a second, the You finish getting these other couple parts that I need here first.

  • Because on the last kids, when I was building the Prowler, I messed up on this, and I I should have paid more attention.

  • I'll show you guys where I messed up.

  • See, I j Okay, later, runners.

  • Hi.

  • Three one, not to three.

  • What?

  • Yeah.

  • Ah, Live outside.

  • Charleston, South Carolina, right?

  • Uh, yeah.

  • Christopher Hilton Head.

  • Yeah.

  • Ah.

  • What, Matt K.

  • Kit, would you recommend for a first time that cable there, Cody, for a first time.

  • Ah, I see.

  • In Krieger Builder, I would say, um again, just from my experience, I would say one of the, uh, more recent wave 1 20 skill kids, like, uh, there's is this kid.

  • Obviously, uh, there's also the prowler, which is a little bit more complicated.

  • Maybe it's designed then maybe compared to, like the fireball?

  • Uh, fireball, I think.

  • Probably a good one for beginners.

  • Like getting away fireable.

  • The problem is that, uh, there that was hard to find.

  • Not always easy to get a hold of if you don't get them right away because they they don't go through a lot of production.

  • Yeah, G, where's that runner?

  • Uh, clear part 10 yellow.

  • Clear part we need here for this.

  • You guys saw the unboxing for this is does have ah, good handle of a few little clear, uh, lens parts for the camera lenses and stuff.

  • Ah, a soldier.

  • You know, ask, Did you enjoy the Penelope build?

  • I just started mine.

  • Yeah, that Penelope was pretty fun.

  • Okay, So here's what I want to show you guys warn you about here in the manuals.

  • This usually tends to happen on this part of the build, I think probably more than those when you're building like the main Chessie of the suit you can see here, Look down.

  • This part of destroying the inside of this part here, just the front of the body.

  • There's these little arrows here, here and here.

  • That's pointing out drill holes and here it gives you your memory.

  • Needed a two millimetre drill.

  • So I've just got this set of drills very convenient.

  • Two millimeter.

  • This son and the holes already started in here on the inside.

  • So there's already got these holes here.

  • And so you just need thio Just drill through there.

  • And the reason for that is for different versions of this, it maybe doesn't have attachment parts.

  • It doesn't have parts attached onto their.

  • But for this particular version, we need to plug something onto there.

  • So if you build this all up and you forget to drill those holes out, then you have to drill of them health through the front, which is a little harder because you don't know where they are driving up now, while you're building the feeling draining out from the back means you've already got the holes there.

  • You know exactly where you need to drill to put these.

  • Now, if you're like me and you forget to do that like I did with the Prowler, uh, one thing that you can do then later on is holding the part up to the light.

  • You can see where there's the thinner hole and then you can like, if you have a marker or something, you can just like, Mark that and then, you know, drill that out.

  • But so just be careful attention to the manual here, especially when you're building these these parts.

  • They're kind of like the main armor parts of the body because you move sometimes when we have to drill out those holes for them.

  • So just a heads up.

  • Uh, Chris, any interest in Vote Toms or Scope Dog?

  • Uh, not really particularly.

  • Just don't really like the designs, to be honest, but I have been thinking that I should probably check out one of the kids eventually.

  • So I've been thinking about picking one up.

  • I have a lot of stuff on the to do list at the moment, so I'm not really in a hurry.

  • But sometime this coming year, probably at one point or another, I will get around to checking out a scope Dogs, kids.

  • At some point, I'm not exactly sure which one.

  • Yet.

  • They probably just come down to whichever design I like the most.

  • But like I said, I generally don't really like them much.

  • So if there was any of the designs that I was already really into.

  • I would have got the kid by now.

  • Already.

  • Probably.

  • All right.

  • But it's not scope dogs, but somewhat similar anyway.

  • If you guys saw my recent delivery video, I did recently get a diagram care, which is a sort of similar in, like, the style and aesthetic of the design anyway.

  • And I'm looking.

  • I'm looking forward to building up that door.

  • Graham, get seeing what it's like.

  • I like the the entire craft Weaponry on its back is pretty cool.

  • Ah, flip nut do Dad.

  • Thank you.

  • Merry Christmas to you as well.

  • Any of the G origins Aku are great yet?

  • Yes, Yes, I agree with that sentiment.

  • Ah, Shane White asked.

  • Do you sell any of your bills?

  • Yes, I do.

  • Pretty much all of them.

  • Anything that I build and paint if it's not already for a commission is just something that I'm making just on my own then Yeah, I do sell them.

  • I have a few here still that are still not sold yet.

  • Ever interested?

  • Ah, it seems people are not as interested in buying the non Gundam stuff like, uh, my Pacific, Graham City and Fury Custom Painting kit.

  • I have not been able to sell that one quite yet.

  • And also the Ultraman get the to the set of the two Ultraman Figure eyes.

  • Kits I painted up also have not sold those yet either.

  • Always, I think just Ah, of course, the nature of my general and my audience.

  • People are mostly interested in Gumpel, of course.

  • So it makes sense.

  • I also got my 2018 g p w c entry that I've not sold yet.

  • They have been trying to sell.

  • Mmm Uh, let's get like, any of the Gundam kits.

  • No building this.

  • It's not really like building a gun.

  • Okay?

  • I mean, like, obviously like them.

  • The methods are generally the same, you know, Cut the piece from the runner.

  • Clean up your no marks put together according to the manual.

  • So it's not that different, But of course, the just the construction, the engineering of the parts, everything is all It's completely different.

  • Like, uh, if you build a lot of gum pla, you get to a point where, like, you can recognize how something's gonna go together.

  • But I just like looking at the parts like, if you see you're look at the manual, how the arm is going together, the arms, you know, go together relatively.

  • Similarly, four kids kind of across the board.

  • Well, if you're switching over to building something like this, of course, if you have built a lot of machine and crickets and it gets very comfortable and probably very easy to recognize as well.

  • But if you're switching over, you built a lot of gum.

  • Poland.

  • Then you're trying out one of these kids for the first time.

  • It is going to feel pretty foreign in just the construction of Of course, this gets the very different design, all right.

  • Very different design.

  • It's done by a different model company.

  • It's in a different scale, and so there's plenty of reasons why it's gonna feel different.

  • So there's all of our parts for the front half of the body.

  • I should also mention now, guys, I don't know if I'm going to finish this.

  • Finished putting this get together during this live stream.

  • Plenty on streaming for about two hours, and right now we're about 45 minutes in, so I imagine we're probably not going to finish the entire thing during this live stream.

  • But again, I said the reason for this stream was just that I wanted to I'll let you guys see kind of some of the process what building machine career kids is like.

  • Ah, flip, uh, flipped on.

  • Flip do deaf flip.

  • Not do.

  • Dad, I'm thinking about getting some Godzilla model kits as well.

  • Well, I as I mentioned the last dreaming as I posted on my instagram, I recently got, uh, the our Seema MEChA Godzilla kits.

  • I must make a guy could secure MEChA Godzilla kids I recently got.

  • So that'll be something I'll be building up.

  • Ah.

  • Needs to get to that in the near future as well.

  • Uh, so that I'm looking forward to that looks pretty cool.

  • Their kit off honestly, though, after like checking it out, it looks to be like Bill's probably actually gonna be a little bit of pain in the ass, but it still should be fun.

  • Should be interesting.

  • Uh uh, Cody, What's my favorite, Mac?

  • It's so far.

  • Uh, I really like the Prowler.

  • Like I said, I really only have built a couple, so I mean the problem.

  • I have not finished that yet.

  • But I have really liked.

  • It's almost done.

  • Almost ready for paint.

  • Anyway, I like that just because I like the design of I like that kind of extra stuff.

  • It's added on to all over it on the problem.

  • Ah, but the Gatun an kits like the little capsule kits are also really fun to build just because they're just really fun.

  • Simple.

  • Okay, let's put this section together now, too.

  • So we've got this fire is gonna fit up into here.

  • Uh, miss that.

  • I missed that.

  • There you go.

  • The inside of that on this part here, you hear that?

  • Looks like that's giving us our bold joints.

  • Therefore, the arms where the arms are gonna eventually pull again, too.

  • There.

  • And then this armor flap here for the front.

  • So it just kind of rests into there for a moment.

  • Well, you plug on this bar, which will hold it in place, which will hold that in place kind of small part to get into position There.

  • Were you kind of having toe balance stuff?

  • Hold it together, But get that on two.

  • I'm gonna use my tweezers.

  • My fingers were just too big to get this into where it needs to go.

  • Uh, that's sideways.

  • Come on, then.

  • There you go.

  • So and this came out That needs to stay in there.

  • Thank you.

  • There we go.

  • That's in.

  • And we're gonna connect these parts onto the outside.

  • Now there is a left and right for this.

  • I didn't pay attention to which side is which.

  • So I'm just gonna have to see generally how this looks like it's meant to fit on there.

  • That looks about right.

  • Like that.

  • And oh, are on this side that looks right like that.

  • Let me see.

  • Just so it's just for the sake of making sure I've got them on the right side is it looks like it Does it look like it will fit better on the other side?

  • Nah, really.

  • Maybe, maybe.

  • Yeah, maybe.

  • Actually, I think I had those backwards.

  • What the shit are they marked on the inside?

  • No, it doesn't look like sometimes they might, like, have some marking on the interesting, which is for the left or the right side.

  • But there you that looks right.

  • Um there spark on to the front of here.

  • It's All right, Uh, before that, I'm gonna stick this part into here.

  • Uh, just in park.

  • Ah, see, do you have a favorite color scheme for gum, pleh or Mac?

  • Eh?

  • Also, Do you think you'll make a kid bash with Gundam, innit?

  • With a gun of an ideal gonna frame, I'm not sure about bashing Gundam like a nun.

  • Ah, a non I b o Gundam.

  • Like, keep bashing, for example, an arc 78 to with the Varvatos inner frame.

  • I don't think I'll ever do that necessarily.

  • Um, but keep bashing different Ibo kits or, you know, just keep bashing in general is something that I do enjoy.

  • And I'm sure I will do plenty more in the future.

  • Mmm.

  • Getting this clear part into here is a little bit tricky.

  • There we go.

  • There we go yourself into theirs.

  • For though just a tiny little clear lens there at the bottom.

  • Seems pretty eating significance in the design as a whole.

  • But Okay, so that goes here.

  • This is gonna make easier to put that one.

  • I was trying to put this part here on the top, and it was just kind of like, not really going there.

  • A ship with one on the bottom there first.

  • That helps that one to just kind of stay there where it's meant to be.

  • And even still, it's not really.

  • I'll definitely to glue that That's not earliest super strong in there.

  • These kids do.

  • Also, I think for the most part, it will hold together without glue.

  • But you're going to want to glue stuff with this.

  • Uh, I don't think it's necessarily really required per se, but you're gonna have some glue on hand.

  • Ah, so this is the whole front half.

  • We cannot connect here onto the back half, and so you can see how this will open up like that.

  • Is the public out there?

  • Just at the bottom is very simple.

  • That just hinge opens up there.

  • If you want to have the open cockpit or you can close this back up, these should fit into their fit in too.

  • There we go.

  • Just close that up for the main body here on our back flap there.

  • Okay, so let's continue our, uh, pilot head, which I'm pretty sure this part is probably going to require some blue.

  • So I'll see what I can put on here without glue for the time being.

  • Or we'll see all glue something if I have to, if I can, without it being too consequential to the painting process later.

  • Our pilot parts here are clear pirate as well, Cutting the clear part, leaving Maur nub on there than usual.

  • That's cutting it too close.

  • Be a good way to creates stress cracks in the clear part.

  • Ah, you saw on asked.

  • Hi.

  • Can you do a live stream resident conversion kit?

  • Yeah, I will probably do some lives to me once I start working on the resin.

  • Willis?

  • Yes, Resin conversion kits.

  • But the prison kit that I'll probably working on first before that will be the the Guard Gundam, which is It's a full resin kid, so it's not a conversion kit, But I will be doing some live streaming building of that kid.

  • Definitely.

  • Uh, og on a j to their on twitch.

  • Thank you.

  • Merry Christmas to you as well.

  • Uh, I had an excellent day.

  • I did have a good day And you two have a good day to be, uh, sold, you know?

  • Yes.

  • The GBC kids in 2018.

  • Yes, was my Haro Gray's kit bash Sort of Die Rama Space Diary.

  • Mother.

  • Yes, that build is still for sale.

  • Tequila.

  • Gundam.

  • Hello there!

  • Kabeer asked.

  • My favorite all time enemy doesn't have to be gonna will anything other than gun down.

  • My favorite anime is definitely even Gillian.

  • That's a pretty easy one, and I just don't really many times.

  • I know it is not really into enemy much, uh, these parts here as well.

  • He's so I don't really watch a lot of animal.

  • Another one of my They were animated series, though, is original Dragonball, not Dragon Ball Z or GTs.

  • Super Anything's Theory journal.

  • Dragonball Siri's.

  • It's one of my favorite enemies.

  • I love that classic.

  • Uh, where is the pilot?

  • The pilot?

  • Well, here's the bust of the pilot that you build up to put inside of there.

  • Yes, Luis.

  • The God God, I'm the one that has Lego parts CEO.

  • It's not a conversion kit, necessarily of a plastic bend.

  • I gonna model.

  • You're converting using resin parts here.

  • You're using something other than resin in there and that you're you're using some Lego parts, but it's technically a full resident kid.

  • I think It's how you still would classify that.

  • Interested in revisiting or reviewing old kits?

  • Yeah, Justin, I'm I'm, uh, sometimes doing old kits.

  • Certainly G seven.

  • I do review them when I can.

  • If you haven't noticed, you may have seen behind me and, uh, many videos for a while.

  • Get a couple of old gets there.

  • The master grade quell that's built on ready for review.

  • The HD Delta Chi is built and ready for review.

  • I just need to get around to reviewing them.

  • The master grade gonna spiegel is there is not built yet, but I need to build that review that one as well.

  • See a couple more parts here.

  • Uh, should I?

  • He's looking as I was saying, I think I'll be okay.

  • These are just all kind of just like the last finishing touch pieces that they were putting on to the main body here before we move on to the next part, which is gonna be the legs it looks like, but there's a good amount of parts here on the next step to especially which it will add a bunch of parts of the outside of this.

  • Uh, I feel like Goku his character was a lot better in the original.

  • Ah yeah, Goku was a really fun, interesting character, and I'll just all the side characters, this the whole cast of characters.

  • The original Dragon Ball was really fun, and it's like all the little side of characters and stuff that they meet along the way are are funny.

  • Interesting.

  • I mean, it's definitely Maur of, ah of like, uh, cartoon this more cartoony, of course.

  • Then later Dragonball, Z and everything where it got much more serious and dark, I guess.

  • More serious.

  • I didn't still never really got very dark.

  • As far as I've seen, I haven't watched GT or Super actually really at all so.

  • Ah, but yeah, I like the playfulness of the original drinking bowl as much more charming.

  • Just fine.

  • Don't have to be serious all the time.

  • Monster King asked, What is your take on the whole topic of cuppa?

  • Uh, this guy.

  • I've talked about this during times before because it's been asked in the last few Livestream, since this has been an issue, really.

  • And ah, I don't expect copper to affect me at all.

  • My content is not for kids and Ah, well, you two made it.

  • Made it out to be that it doesn't matter if it's for kids or not.

  • If it looks like it's for kids, then you're still in danger.

  • But, ah, it's pretty clear from the actual government that they're going to actually investigate it.

  • If they're not just gonna slap you with a fine straight away, it's like that now that looks like it's for kids.

  • Give him a $42,000 fine.

  • Now they're actually going to investigate.

  • And if you look into my YouTube demographics, you see that most of my audience is not even teenagers.

  • The older than that, uh, 40% is in like the 24 to 36.

  • Think age, range my age range, what a lot of people are watching.

  • And ah, from that, just like the their model kits, where we're using tools, knives, toxic paints, things that we're talking about here or not like, if I was reviewing, for example, like if I was only doing reviews of like robot Dummy, she then it might be a little bit more questionable.

  • But as far as model kits go and like just building model kits as long as I'm still dame.

  • Plenty of actual like building content and stuff like this and stuff.

  • This is not for kids, obviously.

  • Ah, Dwayne asked when did I start the channel?

  • Well, it has been about five and 1/2 years.

  • No.

  • Yeah.

  • Just right about there.

  • Five and 1/2 years doing this.

  • Can you guys believe it?

  • Who?

  • Who of you watching live have been watching since year one since, like my first 100 videos.

  • Anyone not like gum back and watch them but, like watch them when they were first posted five years ago.

  • Ah, 1st 5 minutes watching.

  • Had to come over from twitch to chat.

  • Oh, I am.

  • I am wondering the twist chat there as well, but maybe, maybe not as well, because I'm not seeing any mentions of me.

  • Uh, what?

  • I'm looking up from the bill to the chat.

  • I'm also especially looking for any questions or which should be in all caps or any mentions of me so I can see if it's any comments or questions directly at me for me to check.

  • Look, it is that I think I've been watching your channel for at least four years okay, Huh?

  • In 17.

  • 16 helped you through a divorce.

  • So I'm sorry to hear about your divorce.

  • Uh, I'm glad that you found the content helpful in some way relaxing or something, I guess.

  • Maybe it to watch, but ah, it was interesting to hear.

  • I've heard people share their stories about how they have told me that, you know, just listening to my content or ever had had been helpful to them.

  • And, well, they were sick in the hospital or going through something.

  • Whatever I've heard of, of good number of different things, like along those lines, People going through stuff.

  • And they said that the content was helpful for that.

  • It's always, I don't know.

  • Hey, humbling experience.

  • I guess I'm not really sure what's the better of the best way to describe it, but all right, obviously, I'm not making content with the with the idea to, like, help people through hard times.

  • That's there's content of these generals.

  • I'm sure that are out there with that goal.

  • Well, with whatever they're making, they're making some like, uh, therapeutic kind of content, like self help, content, things like that.

  • Whatever, I guess.

  • But ah, nearly always.

  • We thought much about that in the creation of my content, but so it's interesting, too, to hear that.

  • And while I have just kind of think that I'm just creating stuff that I like and just putting it out on the Internet, it's a reminder that the does mean something to some people.

  • Enough that, you know, I don't know to really what extent.

  • But it has held people at different times in the past, you know, with whatever they're going through it.

  • Yeah, it's good to hear that.

  • In a way, it's always not good to hear that people had our times.

  • I mean, I wish that people didn't have hard times to begin with.

  • You know, that's not good, but as a creator, it's It's kind of think good to hear that sometimes just goes, helps.

  • You kind of stay in perspective like, Well, I'm just kind of making stuff that I think it's cool that it does.

  • Yeah, sometimes I mean a little bit more than that.

  • At times zero, as I just wanted to know what great you prepped for primer, usually like around 800 grit, so people will go up to 2240 100 girls a lot lighter.

  • I I usually don't know. 01:07:46.490 -->

a morning.
