Yeah, you know, I don't know. I've recently read pretty obsessed with something, and I think you're going to love it. So I think this is the right occasion for Reggie's hobbies. What are you talking about? What is this? What do you mean? Well, instead of talking about it, why don't I just show you open sesame? Wait, What's this? When did you organize this? How long's this been built? This last night. In fact, I haven't really slept some little Why? Why? Why did you want? Well, I mean, I think you know this, but I have recently become pretty obsessed with baking. And in fact, I wanted to tell you all about it. So I want to share this passion with you and show you how to do it. We're gonna do some bay. All right? Yeah. Okay. That sounds fun. Whatever energy, what do you do? So going, You give This is your baby. Okay, well, thanks for asking. I'm going to show you how to bake a beautiful loaf of bread for Thanksgiving. Okay, great. So? Well, I love that. I love bread. I love Thanksgiving. So what do we do? What we got here? Okay, well, we have some already made dough with which is this'd a mixture of flour, yeast and water. So you've already mixed this This. Now, this is that you've made the dough, and that's the dough. So what do we What do we do? How do we make this great? Okay, well, if you want to spice it up special Thanksgiving, okay? If you want to mix in something, so maybe some salt on it. Okay? How many s. So how many like a handful? I would say a handful like this spread it on top, make sure they don't run off. Okay? Push them in, right? Yeah. What did you say? What else? Cinnamon. And you could need some sign of sentiment. Science. Cinnamon. Is this cinnamon like a pinch? Like I do. Two pinches. I go kind of crazy. So long to pinch it. One more. Yeah, maybe. Okay, great. Yes. Okay. Now you're going to want the dough, but more importantly, gonna need it way. Might need a few more of these. Okay. Great. Yes. So they're feel okay. Great. Continue kneading the dough. Okay. Make sure that all the ingredients properly, like like this. Yeah. How did you When did you get into this? How long have you been doing this? I used to do this when I was living in Seattle. Right, Because I didn't have money, and so I wanted to make food, so I'd start doing so. Um, let's see. Do we have a clear glass bowl here? Okay. Other. Place it inside that bowl. And that's good. That's needed enough. That so? Yeah, I think so. It's good. You one more? Yep. Have grass. Perfect. All right, put it in there. Okay. Now let's a little olive oil while it's in the bowl. Okay, while you Baker is just across a secret like this? Yeah. Yeah, just like that. Okay, Maybe just kind of just ge large it or glaze it like that. So Okay. All right, Great. We're gonna want to take some saran wrap. We're gonna cover it with Saran wrap. Okay? Why? Why are we doing this? So we're gonna We're just gonna seal it so that it creates a nice little environment for the little yeast ease Beastie boys to party. Yeah. There you go. It makes shows, don't you, Saran wrap. And I'm like, you gotta use Saran wrap. So So that's covered like this. And now what? Okay, so now this is the really exciting bit. Now, I don't want you to get kind of overwhelmed by this, but, uh, yeah, so we're gonna we're gonna watch it rise, or as we say it in the baking. And she proved it needs to prove itself. Let it prove and it should double in size if I'm If I'm not mistaken, is it? How long is that? How long will that take? About two hours. Two hours? The answer. You're looking for you two hours around two hours, I'll set a timer, but normally on cooking shows you go. So we've done that. But here's one that's been proved earlier. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But you know, for me, Baking is about about the rial time. I kind of feel of it. And I think that when baking shows do that, it's kind of disingenuous. So with this, we get the full effect. There's no tricks here. We're not cutting any weird camera angles. This is it happening in real time. I love it. This is so cool. You're gonna love it because right now you see what size it is. It's gonna be a different size after sometime. Almost twice. So. So the cameras can get a good angle there. Do you see that? I'll put this out here so it's a lot easier. Sometimes I get too close.
