  • Question number one.

  • Tell me about yourself.

  • This is pretty much guaranteed to be the first question that any kind of interview whatsoever.

  • Now, there are three important tips, so please do take note of these.

  • First of all, tell them something about you.

  • The second thing is to tell them something that you do, and then thirdly, tell them something you're looking forward to, and I'm gonna put that all together in a sample.

  • Answer in second.

  • So let me just recap when answering the interview question, tell me about yourself.

  • Focus on three things.

  • Tell them something about you.

  • Something you do on something you're looking forward to.

  • Here's how to do it.

  • I am loyal, hard working, professional and conscientious on Dhe.

  • Having studied the job description for this rolling detail are fairly attributes I possess or a strong match whilst up work.

  • I'm someone who takes pride in delivering each task to a high standard on I achieve this by working closely with other people within the team.

  • I also make sure I obtain a clear brief from my manager or supervisor as to what they want me to achieve whilst working in the role.

  • If successful, I'm looking forward to learning the role quickly and getting to know as much about your products and service is so I can start contributing.

  • I'm making a positive impact within the organization now.

  • If you use that response right at the start of your interview, the interview panel will be impressed because you're using positive key words and phrases and you're focusing on three specific things.

  • So if you're thinking right, that's a huge amount to write down.

  • I will tell you where you can download these on other top scoring interview question answers once we get to the end of the tutorial.

  • So something about you something you do on something you're looking forward to and you won't go far wrong.

  • Next question.

  • Why do you want to work for our company?

  • So they want to know, Are you gonna come along the work for us?

  • They're gonna work Harding, and are you going to stay for a long time, and they want to know what research you have done during your interview preparation.

  • So another three things that I want you to focus on.

  • Number one, your research on the personal benefit to you of why you're going to be working for their company.

  • The second thing is their future.

  • Plans on number three.

  • Give them some praise.

  • Okay, so here's how we do that.

  • Having researched your company, you are clearly a leader within the industry on I feel I would be able to excel within the role and put all of my skills, qualities and experience to good use while studying your company.

  • It is clear to see that you have strong and exciting plans for the future, and I would like to be a part of your journey through the role I am being interviewed for today.

  • Finally, it's also clear that you support your employees so they can excel within their roles.

  • There's lots of positive comments online about your company, and if I'm successful interview, I'd feel quite proud to have your organization's name on my CV or resume.

  • So again, with divided up into three things the research and personal benefit and with regards to the research and have to go on their website.

  • Just look up there.

  • Upcoming new stories.

  • Just just one thing to talk about their future plans and also the praise our three important things and you'll see when preparing for your interview.

  • It's easy if you follow this structure this unique structure that I've created for you.

  • Okay, another one.

  • This is a difficult kind of question when if you provided excellent customer service, virtually all organizations will have customers or clients, and they will say to you, When have you provided excellent customer service?

  • So four things when structuring our answer because we need to give them a specific answer to this question, is a behavioral type question.

  • When have you provided excellent customer service?

  • Don't fall into the trap of saying, Well, if I had to deal with customers, this is what I would do.

  • Give them a specific example of when you dealt with a client or a customer.

  • If you've never done it before, then given example when you witnessed some of the year was giving great service.

  • So we need to split our answer up into four parts situation.

  • Task action result you telling interview?

  • Panel the situation you're in You telling the task that needed to be done?

  • You then tell him the action that you took.

  • And then finally, what was the result following your actions.

  • So here is my sample answer Using situation, task action result.

  • Whilst working in the previous role, I received a call from an unhappy customer.

  • The lady was clearly upset and she started to complain about the poor service she'd received from our company.

  • It was my job to make sure I listened to the customer in order to get to the bottom of the complaint to resolve it quickly to our satisfaction and also prevent it from happening again.

  • I asked the lady to tell me in detail what had happened while she was talking.

  • I listened carefully and took notes.

  • Then when she had the time to explain the problem, I apologized to her and explain what I was gonna do in order to put this situation right now, basically, the customers ordered a product from our website and she'd been sent the wrong goods.

  • I immediately dispatched the correct goods on a fast track delivery service and also re funded the initial payment due to the inconvenience she had been caused.

  • The end result was the customer was extremely satisfied with the service I provided, and she went on to leave a positive review online.

  • Now that news is a clear, concise and logical structure with situation, task actually result, but more importantly, and this will gain you the higher scores possible.

  • It's a specific answer of the situation you're in.

  • And as I say, you've never dealt with customers before, given example of when you witness somebody else giving brilliant customer service.

  • Now stick around because I've got more questions toe work through and you don't miss these tips.

  • But I have created 21 great answers to talk interview questions, and it's in a guide, and there's a link that's appeared right there in the top right hand corner.

  • And that will take you through to my website, which is here, which is called past my interview dot com, and you can download that guide on the pitch.

  • Next question.

  • Why'd you want to leave your job?

  • This is a tough one.

  • Why do you want to leave on?

  • You can quite easily fall into a trap of saying Well, don't really get on with my manager or I'm not really happy with someone within the team.

  • Don't say anything like that.

  • Do not say anything.

  • This is how to do it.

  • Using my three step approach.

  • Number one.

  • Praise your employer, however tough it might be.

  • Praise your employees give a safe reason for wanting to leave.

  • I'll give you a safe reason in a second.

  • Finally, take something positive away from your time with your employer.

  • So we're gonna focus on three things in the answer.

  • Praising the employer, given a safe reason for leaving and then finally taking something positive away.

  • So if you think about it, you were interviewing somebody and they came in and they praised their employer.

  • What would you think about it?

  • You would think good, positive things, and that's what I want them to do for you to make sure you pass.

  • Here we go.

  • My employer has been fantastic, and I've had a great time whilst there, and I've also learned a huge amount.

  • Whilst working alongside some great people, However, I feel it's time to move on and work for an organization like yours who has exciting plans for the future.

  • I also want to put one toe work somewhere where my skills are put to good use.

  • I've also gained so many invaluable experiences whilst I've been there and I will leave them on positive terms.

  • So we're praising them, were given a safe reason, and we're taking away something positive, and that's a safe answer that will get high marks.

  • Next question.

  • What's your biggest weakness?

  • And have a talk interview question because what we don't want to do is to give them a weakness.

  • That is a match for the job description on the job advert.

  • So if you're required to work as part of a team in the job advert and you go on to say, while my weakness is, I'm not really good in a part of team, but I'm great working by myself, you're not gonna get the job you want, so we want to avoid the weakness, the witnesses that match the job description, so three important things give a weakness.

  • That is not a match for the job advert.

  • Make your witness attractive to the employer and out.

  • So you how to do that in a second and then also explain how you're taking steps to improve upon your weakness.

  • That's the key thing you can identify.

  • You can say you've got a witness, but you're taking steps.

  • I'm sorry, I've got 1 to 2.

  • That should be three there.

  • Apologize.

  • So give a witness.

  • It's not a match, made your weakness attractive and then explain how you're taking steps to improve.

  • Here we go.

  • I don't have many weaknesses, but there is one I've been aware off for some time, and that's the fact that I find it hard to say no to people.

  • In the past, I've literally taken on so many tasks that I get a little bit overwhelmed that I've been learning to take on fewer tasks to make sure they are all done to the right standard.

  • Having said that, from an employer's perspective, I actually think my weakness is attractive because I will always do a good job for you, and I'll be the first person to put my hand up if you need a volunteer.

  • So generally in life, if you don't say no to people and you take on loads of tasks and you know you find it difficult to say no, it's perceived a za weakness, but it's actually from an employer's perspective.

  • It's a good thing now if you want 21 in total, including the ones that I've just put up there seeing get an exact match of them, click that link Right now.

  • We'll go to my website past my interview dot com, and you can download my 21 great answers to tough interview questions.
