How’s it going, everyone? More specifically, how’s everyone sleeping these days? Are you getting good rest? Do many of you have dreams or even nightmares? Did you know that these dreams could be telling you something? For any new listeners, my name is Hubert for the Pronunciation Challenge. Alright back to today’s episode. Did you know that your dreams could be your subconscious talking to you? What is your subconscious? It’s the deep part of your mind that you’re not even aware of that could influence your actions and feelings.
Let’s get to the featured sentence before talking about some of these dreams!

Here’s a common one that a lot of people dream of. The dream of falling. What does it mean? Apparently, dreaming of falling could mean feeling out of control or overwhelmed like you have too much work. It could also mean that you are feeling unsupported and insecure.
What about a dream of being naked in public? This one depends on how you feel about it. If you’re embarrassed then you could be feeling vulnerable (vulnerable means feeling like you could possibly be attacked physically or emotionally.) or sensitive about something. If you have no problem being naked in public then that could mean that you want to be seen. Interesting stuff right?! The mind works in funny ways.
