Hey guys, welcome back to this week’s pronunciation challenge with me, your host, Jenny!
So we all remember that kind of awkward period of life when we went through puberty for the first time - I remember giggling about the boys in my class with their awkward-looking mustaches on their baby-looking faces which they haven’t figured out how to shave off. I also remember that I was super lucky because I didn’t suffer from as many acne issues on my face as my friends did, thanks to my parents’ good genes. Why did I say puberty for the ‘first’ time, you ask? Well, guess what....there is a ‘second’ puberty that hits around the time when you approach the age of thirty. Our video explains that in a lot of detail, and you will have a better understanding of what our challenge sentence means after you watch it! Beware.....the video is funny but sad at the same time! OK, but first, let’s take a look at our sentence of the day:
