Hi guys, this is Kristi and you're listening to today's pronunciation challenge. So I know it's a Monday and I know we all hate Mondays but, you know, on the bright side, it's another brand new week, and if you were kind of depressed last week, at least you can tell yourself (umm) this is a whole new week and also a whole new month. (It's) It's the first of August and I mean (it's) (umm) summer is half way gone and we're one step closer to autumn.
And today we have a very interesting video it's called "How Is Your Phone Changing You?" So I don't know if you guys (umm) when you are commuting, you look down on your phone or you play some games on your smartphone or you text people? But (umm) this action is actually secretly changing our lives.

Alright so that's it for today's pronunciation challenge. (You know) Don't look down on your phone so often, (you know) you should sometimes talk to people around you and have actual conversations, and engage in the world that you're living in instead of the Internet world, okay?
I know listening to pronunciation challenge is equally ___?___, so maybe after you leave your recordings, you can look up to the world around you, okay? So I'll challenge you guys tomorrow, bye.

Please don‘t glue your eyes on the screen. Head up and look at me.
