In today's lesson, I'm gonna tell you which are the slang words that Michelle uses the most. Well, do you want to find out? So let's look at the 1st 1 here. So the first language we have is to spill the tea. Oops. Okay. Now what does this mean? Okay, think about it. If you spill the tea, you're basically revealing someone secrets. So to talk, behind someone's back, iss spilling the tea. Okay, Now, let's find out some sentences that we can use to talk about this. So let's call Karen to know what exactly happened. She will surely spill the tea. So you're expecting that, Karen, if you call her, she will definitely tell you what happened. Because she has the habit off talking behind someone's back. Another one? Don't tell Pam about it. She will spill the tea all over the office. Which means don't tell Pam about it. Because if you tell her, then everybody at the workplace will know what you said. Such people are dangerous. And now you have. I thought it would stay between us. How could you spill the tea? So imagine that you shared with somebody something that you feel or probably something that you experienced or something related to your boss. And now everybody knows it. So then you go and tell them Hey, I thought it will stay between us. How could you spill the tea? So that's spill the tea, which means to talk behind someone's back. Now let's warn to the next one to be animated. Okay, not to be animated, a sort of being dramatic. You know, those people who always add a little drama to their stories. Such people are called dramatic. So toe act over the top or to show off is being animated. Okay, which means being dramatic. Let's look at an example, Mike. Stories are always animated. Don't take him so seriously. Like whatever my tells, he always adds a little bit of drama to it. So don't believe him completely. Okay. I don't understand why you have to be so animated all the time. You know, some of those people who are really dramatic the way they say, you know, they express their emotions when they're happy. When they're sad. It's really evident in the way they talk so to such a person in a very friendly way, you could say I don't understand why you have to be so animated all the time. You know what animation means? It means like a car, too, you know, full of actions. Life is not a film. You cannot impress me with those animated lines. So somebody tries to impress you with really cheesy lines than you could say. Life is not a film. You cannot impress me with this animated lines. Okay, moving on to the 3rd 1 Keep it 100. Well, guys, keep it 100 means keep it. Really? Don't fake it. That's keeping 100. Okay, let's look at some quick examples. Come on, keep it 100. Are you coming with us to Bali? Which means keep it. Really? Tell us the truth. Are you joining us to Bali or not? To keep it 100 bosses Not happy without presentation, which means to tell you the truth, the boss is not happy with the presentation. That's like keeping it 100 keeping it. Really. I don't understand why all sales people have to be so pushy. Why can't they keep it 100. Which means why are they, you know, kind of pretending? Why can't they just be really all the sales people? Why don't they say the real thing? Why don't they say the truth in such a situation you could use Keep it 100. Keep it real now. Another one that I use a lot is trashy. So when I don't like something and I don't find it useful, I say that it's trashy. It comes from the English word trash, which means garbage. So someone who has a bad appearance can be trashy. OK, someone who speaks bad language can be crowd trashy and someone who looks 10 skin also be trash. What we're gonna do is we're gonna find out one example for each one of them. What happened to you? Why you're looking so trashy? This means bad appearance. So when somebody doesn't look good, you say, Why are you looking so trashy? It's probably the person didn't dress up well or they're not looking good that day again. Got to be careful because this Langton can be counted rude so you can use it to just anybody only people who are really close to you. Then you have. I wonder, what's wrong with Sasha? She looks trashy since she's back from the boss's cabin. So again, this means she looks tense ever since she returned from the boss's cabin. And then you have keep your trashy comments with you. I haven't asked for any free advice. Clearly, this one is talking about speaking bad language, foul language. So somebody's rude to you. You could say, Keep your trashy comments with you moving on snatched. Okay, Nell snatched. Actually, if you look at it, it's a verb, which means to snatch something from somebody We're here. It's got a positive meaning. It means to look extremely good. So that's when you can say snatched, which is kind of the opposite of trashy. So wow, look at you. You're looking smashed tonight. Now this can be used at a party. You know, we're on a date when you go out with somebody you could say, Hey, you're looking snatched and they might ask you Well, what does that mean? And then you can tell them it means extremely good. I'm sure you'd looks gnashed in that shirt. Don't think too much. Just by Okay, So you're confident that somebody will look great in it. So you're telling them to just buy it, giving them some honest advice. And now you have Looks like someone is looking snatched in that new haircut. You say, like, looks like someone is looking snatched in that new hat gut, which means that they're looking really good. Okay, so this is how you use this Lang would, which is snatched. Now let's find out another one. Ratchet, Look at the difference, guys that snatched with no breaking the sound. And this is Ratchet it. It got two different sounds. Ratchet. It tried again. Ratchet. Now let's talk about what it means. It means someone who is ruled. Okay, so when somebody's trashing the way they talk, they're being ratchet. That's right. So you could say, I must tell you, you're sounding quite Ratchet. Why don't you calm down? Somebody's angry and they're probably boiling and screaming at you. You could say your science sounding quite ratchet another one. The customer at the billing counter was so ratchet. If I didn't have to pay my bills, I would have not taken her nonsense, which means that the customer at the reception or at the billing counter was talking very rudely. And if you didn't have to pay the bills, you wouldn't accept the way they were talking to you. So whenever somebody talks rudely, they're being ratchet. Okay, Now we have g o A T. What do you mean, a goat? Well, it is called goat, but another way to say it It's a short form or an aggravation. Four. Greatest off all time G Oh, a teeth. That's goat. T, which is greatest of all the time. Now we have the word Gucci, so of course you know that Gucci is a famous brand. Okay, a very popular and expensive rent.
