Hello Friends Welcome to Annai Samayal Channel
Today we are going to make Brinjal Rice and Egg Masala
Lets Prepare Brinjal Rice
Lets Prepare Masala Powder for Brinjal Rice
Chana Dal - 1 Tsp Red Chillies - 5
Kashmiri Red chillies - 3 (Optional)
Coriander seeds - 1 Tsp Cinnamon - 1
Saute well
Sauted welll now
Grind all the ingredients into fine powder in a Mixer grinder
Oil as Needed
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp Urad Dhal - 1/2 Tsp Chana Dhal - 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida
Curry leaves and Red chilly - 1
Onion - 1
Saute well
Cashewnuts
Tomato - 1
Saute well
Salt as Needed
Brinjal - 5
Saute well
You may also use any Brinjal Variety
You may cut into small pieces
Close the Pan and cut into Small pieces
Now the Brinjal is Cooked well
Add the Grinded Powder - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Saute well for One Minute
Add the Rice - 2 Cup
Mix well
Brinjal Rice is Ready and Lets Prepare Egg Masla
Oil as Needed in a Pan
Cinnamon - 1 Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Onion - 1
Saute well
Finely chopped Ginger Garlic
Tomato
Salt as Needed
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1//2 Tsp Garam masala - 1/2 Tsp Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Saute well for One Minute
Add Boiled Eggs - 3
Coriander Leaves
Mix well
Keep it in Low flame for Five minutes
Egg Masala is Ready and Serve with Brinjal Rice
