How to make Yuba and tofu.

When the soy milk comes to a boil, Yuba, a film, will form on the surface.
當豆漿煮沸後,豆皮,一層薄膜,會形成在表面。
Scoop the Yuba and enjoy with the Yuba sauce.
撈起豆皮,並搭配豆皮醬享用。
