So, let's start. 聽起來很棒吧? 那我們就開始吧! The first thing you need is milk. 你需要的第一項東西是牛奶。 I suggest using whole milk. 我建議使用全脂牛奶。 You can use 1% or 2%, but you'll get a lot of ice crystals, so it's really, I mean, if you're gonna eat ice cream, you just eat the fat, right? 你可以用低脂 (1 %) 或是減脂 (2 %),但是那會形成很多冰晶。而且說實在的,如果你打算要吃冰淇淋,你就是要吃脂肪對吧? The next thing you want is cream, 'cause, like I said, you want the fat. 接著你會需要鮮奶油,因為,就像我剛剛說的,你想要脂肪。 Like, ice cream. It's in the name, cream, right? Ice cream,它名字裡就有鮮奶油 (cream),對吧? We're gonna do vanilla. 接著我們加入香草精。 And a half cup of sugar. 和半杯的糖。 And just take everything and mix it together. 然後把所有東西都拌在一起。 You want the sugar to be completely dissolved. 要讓糖完全溶解。 So the next thing we're gonna do is transfer our ice cream mixture to a plastic bag. 下一件事,我們要把冰淇淋的溶液裝進塑膠袋裡。 Now, I recommend using a bowl, and I recommend using a bag that has a zipper. 我建議使用一個碗,還有我建議用有夾鏈的袋子。 Because the zipper... 因為夾鏈...... Well, this bag is gonna go inside another bag, and you really don't want it to spill. 這個袋子等一下要放到另一個袋子裡,而你不會希望它漏出來的。 So using the bowl, just pour mixture into this bag. 所以用碗,把溶液倒進袋子裡。 And now we're just gonna seal that up. 接著我們把它封起來。 Clear some of the air. 留下一點空氣。 So next, we're gonna create our ice cream machine, which is pretty much this plastic bag filled with ice. 接下來我們要製作我們的製冰機,基本上就是把冰塊裝進這個袋子。 So just go ahead and add in a few ice cubes to get it started. 把一些冰塊放進去,準備開始。 Then we're gonna add a half cup of rock salt. 然後我們要加入半杯岩鹽。 Now, you don't need rock salt. 其實不用一定要用岩鹽。 You can actually just use any kind of salt, but the salt is important, so you wanna make sure you have it. 你其實可以用任何一種鹽,不過鹽巴很重要,所以要確定你有。 This is what's gonna help bring the temperature down. 這是用來幫忙降溫的。 So go ahead and take the smaller bag and put it inside your ice cream maker, which is just another plastic bag. 所以拿起你的小袋子,放進製冰機,也就是另一個袋子。 And from there, we're gonna add in the remaining ice. 接下來,我們要把剩下的冰塊加進去。 Trying to cover it on both sides. 盡量把兩邊都覆蓋到。 I recommend wrapping this in a towel because it gets cold 'cause it's ice cream. 我建議用毛巾把這個包起來,因為很冰,因為是冰淇淋。 So take the bag. 拿起袋子。 Wrap it up, and then we're gonna shake the heck out of it for about five minutes or so. 包起來,然後我們要瘋狂搖個五分鐘左右。 You can do it less if you want it to be more like soft serve, or you can do it more. 如果你希望吃起來軟一點,可以不要搖那麼久,或者你想搖久一點也行。 It's up to you. 你自己決定。 Okay, so we shook that for five minutes. 好的,所以我們搖了五分鐘。 And now we're gonna remove our bag of ice cream. 現在我們要拿出冰淇淋的袋子。 As you can see, it's a lot firmer than it was when I put it in there. 如你們所見,它比我一開始放進去時更硬了。 Inside we have our makeshift ice cream, which I'm then gonna scoop out. 裡面就是我們的簡易冰淇淋,接著我要把它挖出來。 The great thing about this is you can just⏤you can make any ice cream you want. 這種冰淇淋的好處就是你可以做任何想要的口味。 You can make strawberry ice cream, chocolate ice cream. 你可以做草莓冰淇淋、巧克力冰淇淋。 It's all at your fingertips anytime you want it. 非常簡單,你什麼時候想做都可以。 Or you can just put your favorite toppings on. 或者你可以加上你喜歡的配料。 There you go. 完成。
