Oh! Anding! What else is special about Anding?

喔！安定啊！那安定還有什麼特色呢？

There are three treasures in Anding:

安定有三寶

asparagus, soapberry, and sesame oil.

蘆筍 無患子 麻油

I know asparagus and sesame oil,

蘆筍和麻油我聽過

But what exactly is soapberry?

但無患子是什麼？

Soapberry looks similar to longan,

無患子長得跟龍眼很像

but it's usually used to make cleaning supplies.

但是大部分拿來做清潔用品

There's a soapberry processing plant in Anding.

在安定還有無患子加工廠喔

Oh! Processing plants are my favorites.

喔！我最喜歡逛加工廠了！

There are usually fun things to try and good food to eat.

有好玩、好吃的

Basically, soapberry is inedible,

基本上無患子是不能吃的

just like you won't eat soap!

就像你不會去吃肥皂一樣！

However, there are still lots of good dishes in Anding!

但是安定好吃的東西很多喔！

那推薦一下安定的美食吧！

You have to try the local snacks of Anding,

like the nine-layer cake and rice cake.

像是九層粿或者年糕之類的
