Today I am here at this little shop,

to learn how to brew my own coffee with the owner Mr Lin.

These are our coffee beans

This one is our Ethiopian sun-dried beans.

這款是衣索比亞的日曬豆

The one on the left is our store's special mixed beans.

左手邊這款 則是我們本店的特調配方豆

Let's get ready to brew our coffee.

那我們現在就來煮咖啡囉

First, let's take our bottle of hot water

首先拿起手沖壺

and clean our filter and coffee container.

清潔一下濾網以及可愛壺

Next let's pour our coffee powder evenly into the filter.

再來把咖啡粉均勻地倒進濾網裡面

Then, we want to pour water gently down.

然後水流讓它細細綿綿的

Ok, gently pour water down the middle.

Wow, this is the first time I've professionally brewed

這是我第一次如此專業地

my own coffee and I'm so excited to try some.

First I would pour my coffee into this tall cup

and then wash it out to the second cup.
