These guys were working in that construction ditch over there, welding and stuff like that.

Then it started downpouring heavily and it's flooding in their workspace.

So they're actually pumping out the water from in there.

Hey what's up everybody, it's Cory here.

And I just kind of wanted to recap the last 2 weeks with you guys, just to kind of catch

you up on what's been going on, for those of you who are following me.

I've been applying to jobs around the city, not too far away, most of it is kind of like

central location.

Areas that would be maybe within 30 minutes by motorbike.

At the maximum.

And so far I've had 3 interviews, and I'm waiting to hear from them next week and so

I'll know if I have a part-time job or not.

So what else have I been up to?

I've actually met up with a few people on separate occasions.

First and foremost, Charly and Annie!

CharlyCheer, you guys know her as the YouTuber from Korea, and traveling the world and stuff.

She's now been living in Hanoi with Annie for a little while and so last week they randomly

called me up at like 10:30pm at night.

I was pretty much ready to go to sleep, and wind down the night, and I ended up hanging

out with them until 2 or 3 in the morning.

And I got to ride around on the back of their mopeds and go to places in the Old Quarter

and just like cruise around, have a few drinks, and chill.

So it was really nice of them to reach out and ask for me to come along that night.

So here's some footage of Charly and Annie and I just kind of hanging out briefly, I

didn't record too much footage but I just wanted to show you kind of like what we did

that night.

They're always closed.

We caught that Uber ride finally.

Although, I'm really hungry so...

The smells right now are just amazing, it smells like amazing dill and there's an infusion

in the whole air.

Also, it's really weird to look over and see what I normally look like.

This guy is probably like "What are these guys doing, they're filming each other."

We're just weirdos.

Alright I got my lovely bowl of Cha Ca.

And this is just seasoned extremely nicely (with turmeric), and that dill aromatic coming

off of it...

Oh my god, it smells so good!

Alright, going to go for some noodles, fish, some greens.

Mmmmm This is good man.

Oh, this is fresh, oh my god.

That fish is so soft.

Very meaty, like chicken meaty, like rockfish almost.

This fish just falls apart so nicely.

I really, really, really hope that this is not what they're fishing out of West Lake.

Look at this extremely fatty looking piece here, it is glistening with joy.

Look at that.

It's awesome!

Mmmmm!

That like melted in my mouth.

Wow!

That was really good.

Here's the other half.

Mmmm I could eat this everyday.

It's so good.

So we just crushed that fish dish, it was delicious.

Now there's nothing left except some dill.

Yeah, we are completely stuffed.

Summer is stuffed.

And they're going to go head home and I'm going to go stroll around a little bit and
