- So you're in Chengdu, you don't know what to do.

Come with me, I'll show ya.

Check this out, I'm here at the one and only

panda breeding center, just north of Chengdu.

This is the world's largest conservation

and research center for the giant pandas.

I'm here super early.

That's the best time to come,

'cuz that's when you can see 'em getting fed.

This is when they get fed.

Super hearty breakfast, and I can see why

these guys have a good life.

The national treasure of China.

And if you get here early, there will be no noise.

Just that satisfying crunch. (crunch)

(crunching and general chatter)

So right behind me here I've got some baby pandas.

They're having a good time

climbing up trees, rolling around.

I can see that the baby pandas,

and all the pandas here, which there are over 80,

are treated super well.

They've got a lot of area,

they get a lot of food,

and they have a good time every day living the life.

So if you come here,

make sure to come to see the baby pandas

at the top of the hill, the moonlight discovery center.

And you'll see these guys having a good time.

You've gotta come check it out.

- [Male] Look at that.

- [Female] Woah!

(crowd cries out)

(Chinese chatter)

- Okay, so apart from the beautiful pandas,

you can also see these awesome red pandas.

These guys are beautiful.

Looks like they're eating some pumpkin or some carrot.

I'm not quite sure what that is,

but it's quite a sight to see these guys today.

All right, so 10 am now, and the place is pretty full

of large tour groups and loud people.

So my recommendation is to get here super early,

around 7:30, before the crowds get here.

Head straight to the top of the hill,

and you'll see the baby pandas.

You've gotta check it out.

So when you come here,

you're visiting a lot more than just a panda reserve.

It's a research facility and museum too.

You'll surely enjoy your time here.

With over 200 acres of land, and over 90 pandas,

you can't go wrong.

Getting here is also really easy.

It's less than 10 kilometers outside the city center,

you just have to arrive early.

Trust me on this one,

a taxi is the only way you can get here on time.

Just tell the driver, Xiangmao zhi di,
