Personal opinion: Damage amplified a lot, since it's high level/bp against low level/bp. If all 3 Hiruzen have higher initiative than the enemy, it's basicly a playground for high bp.

個人認為:加成傷害很多，高戰打低戰所以才這麼高傷害，如果三個三代先攻都高過對面，才能發揮到最好，簡單來說就是高戰在玩的
