Hybridge Learning Group is able to improve the

lives of our children with autism that

we work with as well as their

families and educators.

Our therapists have a lot of career satisfaction by seeing the growth

of their learners, and the gains they

are able to make through ABA therapy

services. We provide these services in

the home, community and schools.

There are training opportunities here for our

therapist at Hybridge Learning Group.

We have quarterly staff trainings that

therapists are able to attend to get

additional information and ABA therapy

techniques that they can use directly

with their students in the home, schools

and community. Many of our therapists

choose to pursue their BCBA

certification- myself included- I started

here as a therapist in 2010 and while

working at Hybridge Learning Group I

took my BCBA courseware, got my 1500

hours of supervision and became a

BCBA by 2012. I'm now the Senior Clinical

Supervisor here at Hybridge Learning Group.

We currently have two offices in

New Jersey and one in Delaware. We provide

in-home ABA therapy services where we're able

to work with children in their home in

their natural setting with their

families working on skills that make

sense to teach in the home and really help

the family. In schools we're able to help

the students participate in their school

activities, training staff, training

paraprofessionals, helping students in

their general education or special

education classrooms. In the community

we're able to help students participate

with their peers in things like Special

Olympics are going out to eat with their

family.

Hybridge has built an excellent

reputation in our 10 plus years of

experience. We've opened several new

offices in the past year and we're looking

to open additional offices in the future.
