字幕列表 影片播放 列印英文字幕 Who’s ready for a water fight? Get your water guns and plastic buckets ready, because it’s time to celebrate the Thai New Year! Songkran, as it’s called in Thai, is celebrated from every year from April 13 to 15 across the country. The tradition comes from Buddhism, where water is a symbol of cleansing and renewal. That’s how the world’s biggest water festival was born. Today, Songkran is a total chaos. There’s music, laughter and of course a lot of H20. Everyone gets each other soaking wet and let’s just say if you’re out on the street, then you’re a fair target! This year iTravel Channel is heading to Nakhon Si Thammarat to see how Songkran goes down in Thailand’s beautiful south. Afterwards, we’re checking out the New Years celebrations in the popular beach town Baeng San. Come join us and be prepared to get totally drenched!
