Do you have any good ideas for me to get through every day going to work? Hi Gileaha, I honestly don't have enough information to give you rock solid answer. Do this - do that! I don't know why it is you don't like your job. So, when you come to a question that you don't have all the information for, you can always play the "what if" game - goes like this: "what if tomorrow I can wake up and I could go to a new job that pays better money, has a better boss, better coworkers that don't bully me - the rules and regulations of the company are to my satisfaction, or whatever they are. When you start figuring out those "what if's" a lot of times you will uncover the real problem of why it is you don't like to go to work. Now keep going. "What if... I had to stay at my job for another four years? What could I do differently that I'm not doing now that would make my time there more enjoyable? What if I could change the rules and regulations what would they be?" "What if I still had to work with so-and-so at work that we don't get along with?" Would I work through that relationship so that we can get along better? I don't know, well once you play the "what if" game you'll starting uncovering a whole lot more of the reasons why your job isn't working and what you might be able to do to fix it, because if you can go and find a better job that meets all those regulations- PRESTO! Go do that. But if you can't, and you have to stay in your current job, What can you personally do that's a little bit different that will make your journey easier? "What if" I'm telling ya, it's a good idea. it's a good idea
