We’re going to try a super special soup noodles

In front of a beautiful Chinese temple

In this traditional Chinese area

I’m pumped

And I’m hungry

Beautiful bowl of soup noodles here

Oh it’s fragrant

In front of this beautiful temple

Look at those little baby noodles of joy

Lean meat and fatty meat

And fresh broth

That’s refreshing

It’s super clean and hearty

This is the chili paste

It’s a little watery

This is truly a delight to the senses, that smell

Wow

That chili just brings it a little extra punch

It’s almost a little sour

This temple here behind me is a Taoist temple

It’s over 100 years old

And right now

They are burning incense because it’s Chinese New Year

But in July or August for the seventh month of the Lunar Calendar

There is a huge statue here

Made out of newspaper

And they pray and burn it all

And pray for a prosperous land

And for everyone to be happy

I’m pretty happy with these noodles though
