best of health. August 12 is also International Youth Day,

endorsed by the United Nations General Assembly in 1999. The 2010 theme for this auspicious

day is "Dialogue and Mutual Understanding." It is a reflection of the General Assembly's

appreciation of the importance of discourse among young people from a variety of cultures

and generations. In addition, this day commences the International Year of Youth called "Our

Year Our Voice." We wish all a meaningful International Youth Day and a bright International

Year of Youth.�
