We got invited by Itamae Sushi to film a really amazing show—the cutting of a big Tuna!

我們受邀到板前壽司拍一場秀——把巨大的鮪魚大卸八塊！

We were really excited and so was this guy with bunny rabbit ears.

我們都非常興奮，那位戴著兔耳朵的仁兄也是。

Yeah...I don't know..

對...我不太懂....

The demonstration started.

表演開始。

And seeing these guys cutting the fish made me realise that it must take a long time to acquire such techniques and skills.

看著這些人切魚肉讓我體認到，肯定要花很久的時間才能習得這些精湛的技巧。

It's really fresh.

它真的很新鮮。

After that unique demonstration, we go to sit down and enjoy some of the finest sushi I've ever had for such a decent price.

在這特別的表演過後，我們坐下來享受最平價又美味的壽司。

Like a magic!

They've got English menu.

The staff is super friendly.

店員非常友善。

We tried a lot of regular stuff you usually find in a sushi shop: tuna sushi, sea urchin, eel.

我們試了很多你在壽司店通常都看到的東西，像是鮪魚壽司、海膽、鰻魚。

Then we got to try some exotic things like the tuna's chin.

然後，我們要來試試一些非常有異國情調的東西，像是鮪魚下巴。

That's very very fucking good.

真的超級有夠好吃。

Then came maybe the most difficult part of the dinner—the live shrimp.

然後這也許是這頓晚餐最困難的部份了——活蝦。

Oh my God, it's still moving!

Oooh, the tail is moving.

嘔，尾巴還在動。

Okay, ready? One, two, three.

After that, we got to eat the shrimp's head. Deep fried!

然後我們要來吃蝦頭，酥炸的！

It's crunchy.

酥酥脆脆的。

It's better than I was expecting!

它其實比我想像中好吃。

Would I eat it again? No.

但我會再吃一遍嗎？不了，謝謝。

Not only the food was good but the Sake was also amazing.

好吃的不只食物，清酒也棒極了。

Itamae Sushi has a lot of different shops in Tokyo, and if you're looking to eat some sushi without paying a shit ton of money, I definitely recommend you to try it out.
