Consider this: Cooking more often — it doesn’t have to be every single meal, 想想,更常下廚,沒有說每餐都要自己煮, means that you’re eating healthier, you're saving money, and you're spending more time probably with your family and friends. 能讓你吃得更健康、更省錢、還能有更多時間陪家人及朋友。 And it can actually be fun. Some people even consider cooking, we know, a hobby! 自己下廚其實也能很有趣,有些人甚至把煮飯當成是一種興趣! Hopefully you didn’t stop watching earlier when I referred to cooking meals as "simple." 希望你沒有在聽到我說「煮飯也能很簡單」時就不看了。 I know what you’re thinking, "Are you crazy?" 我知道你在想甚麼:「瘋了嗎?」 "I use my fridge to store sweaters! I don't cook!” 「冰箱是拿來放毛衣的,我才不下廚!」 Making your own meals doesn’t have to be this complex, super involved process. 自己煮其實不用太複雜或麻煩。 Here's my advice: Choose eight to ten foods that you love. 這是我的建議:選八到十樣喜歡的食材。 Make sure to include at least one veggie, one healthy fat, a whole grain, and a lean protein. 必須包含蔬菜、好的脂肪、全榖根莖類和低脂肪蛋白質。 Then, choose three to four fast, easy meals you know you can make. They don’t have to look pretty. 然後從會做的菜中挑三到四種做法簡單快速的料理,不用挑那些美觀大菜。 Finally, make a deal with yourself. 最後,跟自己立下承諾。 Always have the list of foods on hand and perfect making those three to four meals with those eight to ten foods. 手邊一定要常常有食材表,然後用這 8~10 種食材煮出 3~4 道菜。 They will quickly turn into staple, go-to meals and perhaps even your signature dish. 這些食材料理起來容易,能輕鬆上桌,搞不好還會變成你的拿手料理呢!
