So different kinds of trees, different strains. 就有數不清的變種,就像酒一樣。因此不同的種類的樹,不同植株 They're named things like bourbon, catuai, caturra, there's just an endless amount of names. 就有不同的命名,像是波旁、卡杜艾、卡杜拉,數也數不完的名字 It ranges from the altitude to what the weather was like that year, the humidity to what country it's grown in. 從海拔高度到年度氣候、溼度、在哪一個國家種植。 It all tastes different. You can have a Bourbon varietal for instance 喝起來都不一樣。用波旁變種為例, that's grown in El Salvador or grown in Kenya and it will just taste completely different. 在薩爾瓦多或肯亞種植,喝起來完全不一樣 And I think that's one of the really interesting things about coffee, 我覺得這是咖啡有趣的特點之一, is just the endless range of flavors that you can discover.
