So, it's widely understood that coffee has a laxative effect on some people. 大家都知道通常咖啡會在某些人身上會產生一種通便的效果。 What's not so clear is why? 我們不清楚的是,為什麼會有這樣的效果呢? For a while, people blamed caffeine but the same effect can be had from decaf as well. 有一陣子,人們歸咎於咖啡因,但無咖啡因咖啡也有這種效果。 Not to mention, people don't commonly have this sort of responds to energy drinks or sodas. 更不用說,人們通常不會對提神飲料或是汽水有這樣的反應。 So, what else is going on in a cup of Joe? 所以,到底咖啡是怎麼一回事呢?
