I just feel like sometimes you don't know why something crazy or difficult or emotional is happening in your life,

until you are able to use it to, like, help other people or use it to be therapeutic to yourself and to grow from it.

And know I realize why I had so much of an emotional year.

I mean, I was writing my album, and I think I needed to grow as a human being.

And now because of it, I just feel, like, better. I feel more peaceful.

I feel like I've gotten rid of things that were not healthy for me, you know what I mean?
