  • - Here's a question for you.

  • Who here likes learning?

  • [cheers and applause]

  • Who likes watching TV?

  • [cheers and applause]

  • Good for you. Listen to this.

  • There's a new way to combine learning

  • with watching television, because, let's be honest,

  • doing anything without television is stupid.

  • [laughter]

  • There's a professor in New Jersey,

  • and he's using old episodes of "Seinfeld"

  • to teach medical students about psychiatric disorders.

  • [laughter]

  • The class is called,

  • "What's the Deal with Psychiatric Disorders?"

  • This is--it's a real thing.

  • It's actually--

  • he's calling it "Psy-feld," and--

  • as in psychiatry plus Seinfeld.

  • I put that together.

  • In under two days, I figured it out.

  • [laughter]

  • The professor says that Jerry can be diagnosed

  • with obsessive-compulsive disorder,

  • George is egocentric,

  • and Kramer is schizoid.

  • [laughter] Isn't that interesting?

  • If that's how I could've learned stuff in college,

  • I would've stayed way past my first week.

  • [laughter]

  • I think using TV as a learning tool

  • is a fantastic idea.

  • Growing up, my mother would plant me

  • right in front of the television,

  • in front of, like, "The Beverly Hillsbillies"

  • or something like that,

  • and after watching it nonstop for three months,

  • I learned my family had moved, and they didn't tell me.

  • I was just-- [laughter]

  • But I really do think you can learn a lot from television,

  • including my show, of course.

  • If you're studying astronomy, for instance, guess what?

  • I'm a huge star.

  • [laughter and applause]

  • Thank you.

  • Anybody in law school?

  • I'll tell you, what you do,

  • if you're trying to pass the bar,

  • stop, turn around, go back in the bar,

  • have a shot of tequila.

  • I passed three bars this morning.

  • I know what I'm talking about.

  • Anybody studying economics? - Whoo.

  • - Yeah. - Yeah.

  • - This is money, and it's a lot of it.

  • [laughter]

  • [cheers and applause]

  • Now, pay attention

  • if you're studying physics or meteorology.

  • I just made it rain.

  • [cheers and applause]

  • It's gravity.

  • So that's gravity.

  • Now it's time for an anatomy lesson.

  • Nick--my gardener-- Nick, where are you?

  • [cheers and applause]

  • Please get naked for educational purposes.

  • [cheers and applause]

  • Thank you.

  • A- for not taking your pants off.

  • Hey, can you pick up that money right over there?

  • Yeah.

  • [cheers and applause]

  • Thank you. Thank you, Nick.

  • Finally, if anyone here is studying

  • math or music appreciation, listen up.

  • I have two feet, and I'm gonna use 'em

  • while we play this music to dance to.

- Here's a question for you.
