  • You may heard a lot about power of positive thinking, callings to think positive etc.

  • And many people are sceptical about it.

  • They think like "I am depressed, a lot of bad things happens in my life, so don't tell me to pretend that everything ok and think positive".

  • Such persons believe that power of positive thinking is crap. And if you are one of this person I will tell you how our thinking works.

  • If we start thinking that something in our life becomeing highly important, our mind helps us to concentrate on this subject

  • and gives some extra powers directed only on this subject.

  • For example when you want to buy a new car, you start notice billboards with new cars

  • billboards that always were on your way to work, but you never notice them before.

  • You start notice advertisement in magazines, internet, tv and so on.

  • Your mind helps you to concentrate on subject of high importance.

  • And the most significant example of this process is love.

  • Remember the time when you fell in love. That person literally lived in your head.

  • You couldn't but think about that person.

  • That person were in movies you watched, in songs you heard, everywhere. All your thoughts were about it.

  • So, when you start thinking about something over and over, your mind concentrate on this subject and help you to find this subject everywhere in your life.

  • Also mind narrows down all your other thoughts in order to free energy for your essential thought.

  • Just think about it. Your mind helps you.

  • It helps you to walk your way. And the big question now is the destination.

  • Where you want to come?

  • Your mind will always help you, you only need to know where you trully want to be.

  • If you want to be happy, your mind will help you.

  • Start smiling, watch comedies, remember good things

  • and your brain will understand what you need and help you to concentrate on joyful things.

  • It won't happen in one minute of course. You need to work a little on it, but your mind will always help you.

  • You want to be depressed?

  • Go on, remember unpleasant things of your life, start feeling bad, and soon your mind will help you to feel even worse.

  • Want to feel good again? So stay away of negative thoughts.

  • Start enjoy little things and soon your mind will help you to enjoy your whole life.

  • Stay away of negative thoughts, stay away of unpleasant memories.

  • Your mind is extremely powerful tool if you can understand it and use it, otherwise it can harm you.
