we have three sounds in our lesson today mmm

to make this sound you're going to put your lips together and the air is going

to come out of your nose mmm we're going to move to the e to do those smile make

that sound nice and long and then end with the t t to do this touch the tip

of your tongue to the back of your top front teeth the air can explode out just

slightly when your tongue pulls down and away from your teeth or some people do

hold their tongue up to the back of their top front teeth and just the sound

then is a little bit shorter I'll try both I'll do first with the

sound releasing at the end meat meat meat and then if you want to get a

little bit fancier like you hear some native speakers what you're going to do

is you're going to keep the tip of your tongue to the back of your top front

teeth at the end of that word meat meat meat so let's meet and have some meat
