  • I am a little, um, unusual.

  • And its tip Tuesday And show me the curry dot com.

  • And today stiff, you're gonna show you how to make this absolutely yummy, delicious, spreadable panasia.

  • So I know when I think about paneer and probably most everybody else you think about these nice firm little cubes and you wouldn't imagine spreading that on a piece of toast or, you know, spreading it all for that matter.

  • But the way we're gonna make it today, it's gonna be soft.

  • It's gonna be creamy and super easy, super easy.

  • And this is like a quick 12 minutes and you're done and you'll be amazed it.

  • So what you gonna do is we have ah, little microwavable Bowl.

  • Now, of course, you can do this on the stovetop.

  • Very easy to do, and you're gonna add half a cup of milk to it.

  • Now this is again.

  • It's a it's a quick one, and we're making, like, a single serving or possibly two.

  • But if you want to make this in a bigger batch, just use more milk, and I'm gonna stick this in the microwave.

  • So we wanted just to start coming to a boy, and then that's the That's how long it's gonna cook for.

  • So that's about it.

  • I'll be right back.

  • So the milk had come to a boil.

  • You allowed it to cool down just a little bit, and we got in two teaspoons off lime or lemon juice.

  • So try not to start a whole long, because otherwise the Spanish that's forming over there is gonna be little pieces, and you kind of wanted to be a little B.

  • Look at it.

  • It's perfect.

  • So the reason we let the milk cool down a little bit is we've tried this exact same recipe with boiling hot milk.

  • That's usually how you make veneers.

  • When the milk is boiling, you put in the lemon juice and it separates.

  • But in this case, if we let it cool down just a little bit, it's not cold milk.

  • But we just let it cool down just a little bit.

  • And then at the lemon juice, the Kurds that form our little more creamy and their little bigger.

  • So that's the trick, so I could just put it to a bullet to the side and look at this.

  • This is what this is what it is.

  • This is the upper niche on the way is just separated.

  • It's very easy to do and to capture the little tiny little pieces which have a little tea strainer like this.

  • And I'm just gonna take my spoon and just press out some of the water now because we used the lemon juice inside of this mixture.

  • That veneer is actually gonna have a little bit of ah, tart lemon flavor.

  • But if you don't care for that, then you can easily just run some cold water on top of it and just let the water run clear and that'll kind of wash away that lemony flavor.

  • But this is perfect.

  • It's nice and soft still still hasn't moisture in there, and I'm gonna put it back into this.

  • So now we have a nice little portion of spreadable paneer, but we're gonna take this a step further and put a little bit of spices in it, and it's just gonna be amazing.

  • Someone would put a little bit of sold, and we have.

  • It's basically a human and dry red chili that has bean roasted and legal course motor will just add a little bit to taste and finally we have some fresh mint leaves.

  • Now we happen to have these growing in our garden, so we're using them.

  • But if you have dried mint leaves, that works just as well.

  • Also, just gonna break a few pieces in we go and just makes all of that it can never go wrong with mint.

  • Now, there's a lot of different things you can add on to this and, you know, just take it.

  • One no.

  • Two or three steps forward.

  • So we're gonna spread this on a piece of toast.

  • Look out nicely that goes on.

  • And of course, the taste.

  • You know, it sure beats playing better, right?

  • This is really looking good.

  • I think the mints just adds wonderful color and very suspicious.

  • That's wonderful.

  • Try it so interesting.

  • Unexpected makers rebel to eat it, have a crush on you, but because I honestly think kept in the fridge is my partner cannot be s o It's perfect.

  • I made the perfect way.

  • Use half a cup of milk.

  • Everybody has milk sitting around, put in the microwave, get it done, eat it and it's done and it's fresh every time This we've used of the milk we have, which is 2% milk.

  • So you can.

  • I mean, if you make it with whole milk, it's gonna be creamy.

  • Ramirez premiere.
